    Worked for a year and a half and the picture went out on me 6 month after the manufacturer's warranty ended. Don't waste your money. Paid over $300 and didn't even last two years. Spend a little more to get a better quality TV!

    This TV sucked. It wasn't until it took a duece and we got a replacement. The replacement is the same model and much nicer. I think this first one was a stinker.

    TV is great, but the constant memory errors for Apps is insane, especially when I've only added one app outside of the bloatware apps Insignia won't let you remove to provide more memory.

    Worked great for 1 year and a few days. Now I have to order new video card (bulb?, lcd??). Still have sound, can see picture if you get very, very close.

    Tv won’t work with remote. Installed. Ran all troubleshooting. Been talking to Best but. Now need to talk to Insignia. I should not have a problem with a new TV. They need to replace it.

    This is such an awful television. It doesn’t support console gaming and blacks out every few minutes. Doesn’t support Dolby sound so it is a failure at integrating with the needs of the modern consumer. I have a tv that had a magnet put on the screen that works better than this hunk of garbage and is ten years old. It was supposed to be a simple thing: but a new tv, set up, enjoy. This is singlehandedly the worst machine I’ve ever spent money one. My worst purchase of this year, and the worst television I’ve ever owned. I can’t wait to get rid of this atomic hot garbage. Shame on the owners of insignia. Shame for even putting out such a god awful device. God knows if I had spent the extra fifty bucks on an ACTUALLY RECOGNIZED BRAND I might not be typing this review.

    I bought this T.V and was in the box for 2 months because I was in the process of moving and when I got my new apartment I installed it. Unfortunately after 8 months it died on me no image on the screen looks like the power supply or the display went out. I was so upset that I wanted to fly it out the window and smash it on the ground. INSIGNIA SUX! Cannot get anything back due to 30 day return policy. Now I don't have any T.V .. DONT BUY THIS T.V!!!

    Nothing about this tv is ultra High DeF!!!!!!! I purchased it because I needed a cheap TV. For some reason the tv cuts off after 10 minutes of being paused and it is so frustrating! There are no timers set. I don’t understand why it does that. I would have taken it back if it wasn’t so much work to get it off the wall.

    After having this TV for only 2 years, it has already started having major issues. The screen flickers with different colors and there are lines that show up on the TV. I’m not sure if this is due to over usage or if this was just a faulty model. Nonetheless, the TV is already out of warranty and now I’m out $332 after only 2 years. Don’t recommend.

    The issue is that when you try to use the apps and connect to your providers, the tv does not allow you to login. We have contacted Insignia and amazon regarding software and hardware issues. One customer service rep stated that and I quote we should "Just bring it back to the store" because its defective. Honestly, would not recommend this TV to anyone who relies on the streaming apps soley. I think you would be better off purchasing a Roku TV.

    I bought this tv for my son as a Christmas gift in December by august it stopped working the remote will not connect to the tv I called Best Buy for help all they sent me was a video which was no help the tv still will not connect to the tv

    I bought this in December 2020. It shuts off randomly, remote unpairs itself, goes to the wrong channel. Geeksquad came out, changed a part, said they needed to order another part if it didnt work. We had another appointment set up, they didnt show. I called and was told they couldnt fix it so they would exchange it for the price I paid. I could only get the same one for the price I paid. Same problems. As I am writing this review, I have had to turn it back on 4 times. Just dont buy...
