Geek squad is absolute joke

I bought this TV with 2 year geek squad. Within the first week I realized that it was having a issue (which could happen with any electronic product). So I reached out to geek squad. Its been 2 months since then and issue still persists. Every time I have chat with live agent, it takes hours and keep getting transferred to specialist (don’t know why it takes soo many specialist to take care of one small item). Even when geek squad schedules tech for a in home appointment, tech never shows up on same day. You end up losing weeks in the process.

If you purchase this tv, make sure you get a warranty, you get what you pay for. I purchase this tv 2 years ago, and it went out 2 years from the time of purchase. So yes buy a warranty and save yourself some headaches.

This is the worst tv I have ever bought from Best Buy. I will never get a fire TV again. HDMI port resection is wonky, ify 4K performance with an Xbox and an Apple TV, and the biggest crime: the Fire TV interface, while seemingly nice, eats all available space and starts whining about space not long after you install a few apps. Adding a usb drive does almost nothing to fix this as the Fire TV doesn't use it for anything. TV has started locking up when used with an Apple TV after being off for a day - requiring a complete reboot. It’s updated, I’ve swapped out hardware, it’s the TV.

The TV is nice... while it lasts. Ive had it for just over two years and the screen is already going out. It started with lines across that could only be seen with certain colors and within a couple of months has migrated to a half blacked screen. I woudl say the quality is pretty bad.
