    Totally dead after sparse use in less than 2 years. I bought this for a bonus room and had used it minimally over that time. Screen totally dead (has sound), and now is a 50" paperweight. I didn't expect this to last 20 years, but not even 2? But, this is out of warranty, so am stuck. Last Insignia product I will ever buy.

    This is the worst tv I have ever bought from Best Buy. I will never get a fire TV again. HDMI port resection is wonky, ify 4K performance with an Xbox and an Apple TV, and the biggest crime: the Fire TV interface, while seemingly nice, eats all available space and starts whining about space not long after you install a few apps. Adding a usb drive does almost nothing to fix this as the Fire TV doesn't use it for anything. TV has started locking up when used with an Apple TV after being off for a day - requiring a complete reboot. It’s updated, I’ve swapped out hardware, it’s the TV.

    We had this since this past Feb not even 6 months an it will not turn on. No damage to it. It's still mounted to the wall. From one night to the next will not turn on

    Stoped working after 5 months. None of yhe apps would open so I reset it. Now its stuck on a screen that says "searching for your remote"

    Less than a year and the image already has flaws, The television has not moved from its place since it was purchased, it was installed and it has not suffered from misuse

    Did its job while it lasted, but not a good long-term TV. Bought it for guest bedroom application but did not take long until the screen blacked out on it.

    Barely (8) months and the television is no longer working. After researching this issue, the mother board has gone out. This is a known issue this these televisions.

    I have this TV for a couple days and couldn't stand the smell of burning plastic. It also threw a lot of heat. I traded up for another Insignia the same size but higher model and have been very happy so far

    I had an issue with the motherboard I wouldn't recommend this TV cuz of the series has a problem with the motherboard and it caused me issues cuz of it catching on fire

    this was a good tv minus the fact that it broke not even 2 years in bought April 2 2022, it is now September 2023 , yall need to replace it

    After having the tv for exactly 1 year the tv blacked out and of course I couldn’t get a refund or exchange because it’s a year later. So basically I lost $320

    It was working ok until about 6 months in it started freezing up and some spots on the screen image started lagging or going blank. This would happen sporadically and not due to my wifi network. It got progressively worse until two weeks after the year mark the screen froze while the audio kept going. The screen slowly went black at random by pixel and has since not shown any picture despite the screen being on.
