    We like the TV but the remote is an issue. The batteries for the remote need to be replaced every week. We use this TV only a few times each week so we originally thought the issue was with the TV.

    Very disappointed....purchased TV last month and already having problems with display the video is not working! This is yhe 2nd one I hsve purchased, the 1st lasted only 1 yr and a half.

    Does not support 4K gaming. I bought it hoping that it would support 4K gaming but it only supports 4k on Prime video only

    Tv didn’t even last me 2 full years. Reached out to the manufacture and they refuse to replace or fix it even though it hasn’t been 2 years yet.

    The TV was fine while it lasted but after 18 months well past the 1 year manufacturers warranty the back light on the set has died. What was thought to be a great buy from Best Buy has turned out to be not so. I was convinced by the great reviews on the Insignia brand to think that this store made brand is superior to others but it is not. Instead buying this brand it makes sense pay the upcharge for a warranty on the TV or get a better brand.

    Bought this TV in May of 2022, the first 3 months it was fine but then while gaming it went black screen. Suddenly half my screen was dark while half still had my game on it. Slowly it turned fully back on but now I have streaks going across my screen. I have to wait 5 minutes after I turn it on to watch anything because it needs to warm up. I would replace it but I simply don't have the money for it.

    Junk, remote constantly unpairing or not able to pair. Tried to return today as it’s been a constant problem, denied. Buy something else.

    The TV was nice for about eight months when it started to have issues. The screen would turn all white with vertical and horizontal lines randomly and I had to get rid of it.

    Didn't realize this was a best buy product. Picture is fine but sound is not. Also sorry I bought a fire tv. Did not understand the difference. Needed to set tv up with my Amazon password. Really no need for a streaming tv.

    Well after two years, the screen has gone black and according to the FAQ, it appears this is a typical thing happening with this model. Will not buy an Insignia EVER again. Waste of money, you get what you pay for.
