    No Subtitles, Avoid if you have hearing issues

    Do not purchase this TV if you have hearing disabilities! The menu button on the fire TV remote does not work so I cannot turn on subtitles or access the other menu features. None of the suggestions in a google search have worked and the Insignia help desk solution of checking for a system update does not work. The accessibility settings tab on the home screen only applies to videos. This appears to be a systemic problem across the Insignia Fire TV line. I also purchased two 24" Fire TV's and have the same problem with the menu tab which does not work. Avoid these models if you have a hearing disability.

    Remote control keeps loosing connection with tv needs to be reprogramed daily. Batteries have been changed multiple times doesn’t make a difference same results.

    Tv screen went completely dark after a year. Size of tv is nice. When it worked it was a good buy

    The backlight stopped working after a year and 8 months, the warranty is only good for 12 months. This TV was in my home gym and so it only saw moderate to low use as compared to other TVs in my home. Needless to say I will refrain from purchasing any Insignia televisions and recommend everyone else does as well.

    It took me a while to review this product. After a few months of use, the tv now has a line in the middle of it.

    Just over a month since purchase and the entire right side is now looking like a "green screen". No accident caused this - one minute watching it and all was fine - the next green screen - ugh

    We purchased 2 TVs, and a DVD. Had a salesman that was no one we ever want again. Discouraged us from purchasing TV's that I felt we good ones and wound up with not great ones. Never again.

    It is my second insignia tv . The delivery was delay for two days and received late night . TV leg did not attached properly. Looks like the hole is not right position to comes the bolt. So it has been unstable.

    Picture quality is not as good as some previous insignia TVs that I purchased. However the other ones were 39 inch TVs and I think the smaller size gave me a better picture

    Couldn’t use the tv as it was missing the power cable, the remote, and didn’t even have the user’s manual. Really disappointed.

    Purchase this unit works good everything in box but being bought as an open box as an excellent condition it was not the case had some deep scratches on the screen….:

    I wanted to wait to use and view my Insignia a couple of months more before writing this review. I was in hopes that it would change to a positive experience. However, unfortunately, it has not.

    TV was purchased in March 2021.. fine TV, but already not working. Not worth the hassle of repairing it. Truly disappointed in this purchase.

    There is something super wonky about this TV. Certain programs that are shadowy/dark, the screen seems to get wobbly with waves.
