I just bought this 50in Insignia TV yesterday. After powered, I noticed the image was flickering badly, also, when I was typing my login credentials, the letters was getting selected by itself on the virtual keyboard (jumping from letter to letter uncommanded), and during a various movies the image will go black while the sound was still playing. I am guessing that I was just not lucky because the stars show a different story. I will be returning this TV.

Product stopped working a year and a half later . Also had to buy additional products for storage USB space on the TV and that's just with the basic apps that come on the TV.

I bought this tv 2 years ago and the backlights have already gone on it. What a waste of money.

I purchased my tv in December of 22, it's only October of 23 and the picture is already going like bffr. I noticed the picture moving in a weird way, but thought it was just the effects of the horror movie I was watching until it happened again during a comedy. I'm very annoyed because I purchased 2 of these things! Waste of money:(

The TV display stopped working after a year and a half. Disappointing. Due to defective display. And Geek Squad won’t give much help. Didn’t expect to have to buy a new TV after only a year and a half. The TV regularly gets turned off and restarted to check for updates. Very unhappy with this Insignia TV. Insignia used to be a good brand. I have one that’s way older in the bedroom that’s still going.

While a great Black Friday price I've had issues with this TV. When I first set it up it was problems staying connected to my wifi for updates, even though my router is in the same room 6ft away from the TV. I had to hook up an ethernet cable to finish setup. With Netflix, Prime Youtube sometimes the screen is only filled 25%, other times it stretches a letterbox show out of proportion. Live TV will sometimes have a black screen with only sound. The only way to fix is this is to unplug the TV. Factory resets haven't helped. It's going back.

I am nothing but disappointed with this TV. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall apps frequently. Apps are usually slow to load. I’ve experienced tiling with the picture several times, other times the picture has a ripple like image. Using this TV for streaming has been very poor. I’ll definitely be looking for some kind of compensation, either replacement or refund, because so far this has been a very regrettable purchase.
