    Ever Since I bought this TV, I am facing different kinds of issues. Sometimes TV takes forever to turn on and tv remote is pathetic, it never works for the first time. I have to repeatedly press buttons to make it work. I am happy to return this TV and switch to some other brand if given an opportunity. I have to replace TV remote's battery every month to make it work.

    Cheap components add up to a screen that starts flickering with lines of color running behind the image. The tv didn’t last a year. The OS is painfully slow and I hated turning this thing on only to have to wait to switch inputs to my Apple TV that actually runs at a decent speed. So now I have a screen that’s malfunctioning with no option but to replace. Trash.

    I am nothing but disappointed with this TV. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall apps frequently. Apps are usually slow to load. I’ve experienced tiling with the picture several times, other times the picture has a ripple like image. Using this TV for streaming has been very poor. I’ll definitely be looking for some kind of compensation, either replacement or refund, because so far this has been a very regrettable purchase.

    TV disconnect after 15 mins while streaming if you pause the show you’re watching. Very annoying. I retuned it.

    Bought as a Christmas present for my parents Dec 2021. It kept getting strange patterns in the picture-lines, big halos. Tried to restart to get rid of the lines and the screen was so dark you couldn’t make out a picture. Tried all the troubleshooting, left it off all night and tried again the next day, same thing. Have to get a new tv now.

    the tv I purchased on 7/11 is now not returnable (15 days from purchase is a joke) and I suspect it has a bad tuner. unfortunately, it took several weeks to eliminate the possibility that I had a problem with my rig (5th wheel rv). the tech support I just spoke with hung-up on me after he told me to reposition the antenna several times and I had to correct him that the signal was NOT coming from an antenna but was cable tv signal in this park (and the other tv installed is fine).

    I would love to give this more stars because i love being able to control everything with Alexa, but i am constantly having to restart because of lack of sound.

    This is a good tv if you are steaming, however, if you’re watching tv using cable or DIRECTV you’ll have issues with the input

    Just over a year and there are yellow, red and blue horizontal lines across the screen. They are very thin, they only display on certain colors, (not always present) and there could be three of them. There could be 30 of them. It’s common on this brand, search it up. I regret buying it.
