    The picture quality is very poor, attempted suggested settings, no help still very poor quality picture with shadows

    Tv was fine one day and the next the screen is black with a line on the top. Seems this is a common issue. I wish I read the bad reviews a bit more.

    Do not waste your time, unless you see yourself shopping for a new TV in 18 months. Product was ordered on 3/5/22 and died on 10/21/23. Screen went really dark and flickered. No way of coming back to life. Always bought Samsung and took a chance here

    The t.v. does not work at all. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves for not even plugging the t.v. in to make sure it worked before selling it. The screen doesn't even light up. It's totally black. If that is what you considered satisfactory condition, I'd hate to see good as new. The worst part is the customer service. They did they'd call but never did. This site is plain old sorry.

    Don’t buy! After 2yrs lost picture! Intermittent problems of losing picture befor it finally lost for goid. BB will charge me $99 to have someone come to my house for diagnostic! I shouldn’t have to pay! The TV should last longer than 2 yrs!!! Never buy again!!

    I used to be a fan of Best Buy, but no more unfortunately. Tv went black within 3 weeks. They wouldn’t replace it. Geek squad came out to my home (during the 6 hour time frame provided) and didn’t have any parts. Now they will be out again next week hopefully to finally fix it. It’s been 2.5 weeks now without a working television, and counting.

    When i purchased this tv on November 27. 2020 I thought "what a great deal". I was happy with it as it was a Christmas gift. Well it fooled me. It literally died on November 29, 2021. I guess you get what you pay for.

    It is a nice TV for the price but it didn't last, you get what you pay for, the screen just the sudden started (Nov 20th 2023) displaying lines on the entire screen moving from left to right and right to left, we bought it in Mar 6, 2022

    Wonderful TV when it works. I've had two. The first died within a month, The second after 4 months. Unfortunately, if you live a few hours away from a store, exchanges are horrid. A full month until a replacement TV can be delivered and no other options are given. Horrible service. Horrible TV

    Not to happy with the buzzing sound. I have two insignia Tv’s one is a roku and the other I just bought it this fire-stick tv. The roku tv I don’t have a problem with love it and very happy with it. The firestick tv I hate. This is the second tv I returned the first one thinking it was just that tv. No it’s definitely all these models. I would not recommend this to anyone. Like me this is going to bug the crap out of me when watching tv.

    I purchased the tv in October ‘22 and it went out in August. Didn’t have it a year before the lines started appearing on the screen. I was told it was a main panel. This tv has a lot of returns so I swapped it out for a Toshiba. I hope that one is better.

    TV lasted 1 year before the pixels started going out and 2 months after the entire screen went white. ALL pixels went out. It WAS a good tv but the screen apparently is junk since it didn't last but a year. It was on a dresser so it never got touched or damaged in any way.
