    I think this was used. It's broken after 3 months.

    It's March 3rd. My television is on the fritz after owning it for less than 3 months. It turns off or goes to screensaver by itself. When I turn off the TV it doesn't really want to do that. The volume lags behind the picture. The picture quality is not great. It's too bad I can't return it. It's not worth fixing. I suspect that I was sent a used product.

    Purchased on 3/14. Got credit card statement on 4/4and an hour later tv quit! Had to call Insignia since Best Buy has 15 day return policy. Geek Squad came to check on 4/5 on Insignia’s dime. Confirmed that it didn’t work! Had sound with no picture. Done with Insignia and zBest Buy because of their return policy. We did end up getting refund.

    Tv was fine one day and the next the screen is black with a line on the top. Seems this is a common issue. I wish I read the bad reviews a bit more.

    Died right at the 2 year mark. It started about 6 months ago with lines across the screen... and today, the whole thing went black.

    I prefer the Roku tv. Downloading the apps through the tv is a pain. Roku has the Spectrum app which is why I prefer the Roku.

    I do NOT reccimd this TV! I got 2 of these TVs and they both have stopped working, not even 2 years old yet! The screens in both of them just out if nowhere went dark. If you're going to get them, definitely get extra coverage because neither one of ours even lasted 2 years so both my boys are now both out a TV!

    Only had this tv less then 2 years and its already got a black screen. Was watching tv on it next thing you know i come back in the room to find that its really dark and can barley see the tv. Its broken. Just like that. Un real and would never buy another insignia ever.

    Had tv little over a year and screen is black. Not worth the money. Contacted Best Buy but because I didn’t have extended warranty there was nothing they could do for me. Soooo disappointed. Bought it for my grandchild and now need to purchase another one.

    Frequent repair calls. TV shuts down after a few hours/days after Geek Squad shows up for a service call. Temporally fixed but multiple calls to Best Buy has not provided any permanent solution. Please help me. The review questions below only apply when TV is able to turn on which is infrequent.

    Does not work and will not update

    I have struggled with this TV since we started it up. The software does not load the Apps consistently and gets hung up all the time. I have followed all the trouble shooting and reset the TV many times. The TV will not update the software. It continually says an error was encountered, please try again later. After three weeks I am done trying and am returning this TV

    Legs won't screw on even/flat.

    Looks like a nice TV, I wouldn't know because I can't get the legs screwed on it. Guess I will be bringing it over to my local Best Buy and having them put the legs on. Something is off with the screw holes. Spent 2 hrs trying real hard to make it work. Just ship it with the legs on already. Pretty upset

    Very disappointed. I had the tv for less than 2 years and the screen is dim. Did a factory reset, update and watched every youtube video on how to fix it. The only thing left to do is get someone to fix it which will cost more than what the tv is worth. Wasted money

    Picture was not sharp. My 8 year old LG 1080 has better picture. Also, picture clarity settings did not work.

    TV died 1 year 2 months after purchasing. Very disappointed. Best Buy sent a Tech and diagnosed it as the panel going bad or the board. Either way, even with my Totaltech Membership, I was out of TV unless I was willing to pay an atleast $250 for another panel which did not include the labor.

    Not a regular tv. I bought this online by mistake. Does not allow me to have regular channels. Just an Amazon Fire set up. Very basic and disappointing, however if you live the Amazon Fire system this is great for you. But for the price , I could have gotten a regular smart TV that has more options to do more. I can’t even use my spectrum TV app on this and not my ATT TV APP either.

    The picture quality is not that great. You would think a the quality of a smart tv with 4K and HD with be great but it’s not.

    Best Buy Do Better

    I brought this TV last year in July '21. It is now Dec '22 and the back lights went out. Do not buy, The repairs cost the same as buying a new tv. I do not recommend this TV. Best Buy owns this brand & they are cheaply made.

    We have had this TV for a year and three months. Lines are beginning to run through the screen so I am sure it’s only a matter or time before it goes out and of course the manufactures warranty is only for a year. Do not recommend!

    I had this TV for less than a year. I bought it in February 2022. It’s just now sucks. White screen. I even tried to do the resets and everything they told me to. Nothing. I guess at the price, it would do this.
