Nice reasonable Fire TV until the power supply/back light died after a year and a half. Then not so much.

Came broken. Went to the store and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Because I didn’t purchase the geek squad. Regardless of that I received it damaged not like I’m gonna open it at the store and make sure it’s not broken (which next time I just might). Oh well it’s not their money right?

Guess i was luckier than most others on how long this tv lasted. Mine went bad after 2 years and 3 months. Maybe there should be a recall on this tv.

Excellent image and operation but after three months it stopped working for no reason, there were no shocks or short circuits. Almost the entire screen appears black for no apparent reason and only a small strip can be seen at the top. It's sad because I liked this screen

Bought first one and half the picture went out after 3 months, under warranty so had another shipped ,bad right out of the box, returned to Best Buy and ended up spending another $100 for a different TV so defeated the whole reason buying this TV in the first place.

Although I have purchased Insignia brand in the past with no issues this model was not the best. It worked for 9 months before the screen went out. Luckily it was within the warranty period and Best Buy was able to exchange it for another model.

Tv screen went out after approximately 18 months. Only had a 1 year warranty. Was told I would have to pay at least $125 for a visit plus parts. It was the newest tv in my home. So disgusted at the wasted money on this.

When it worked it was a really nice TV. However, at 17 months old, the screen went black. I tried every hint on google to get it back up and running, but ended up having to call the geek squad. Also, the remote had to be replaced a couple times because it stopped working

we bought a 50 inch insignia in april of 2021 on may 4 2022 it went dark. called customer support, went through their fix it protocol, said it cannot be fixed. About 1 year old and is trash. No damage to it, used 3 to 4 hours a day, went dark and is now trash, not covered due to being over 1 year old

This is the worst tv brand I have ever dealt with. It's the second time I've returned this brand. The customer service was terrible on trying to either fix it or exchange it. I would never buy from here again.

The TV was wrapped in plastic and had its screen exposed when I came to pick it up curbside. Within a few weeks, the tv picture becomes distorted and starts shaking making you feel like you’re about to have a seizure. So sick of these retailers blatantly ripping me off it’s not okay…

This tv is great EXCEPT it regularly randomly has wavy lines all across it. It's unpredictable and very annoying. It started after only a few months, and of course was out of warranty. Total waste of money.
