    I had this TV as some of the other customers (a Year). There are lines through out the tv making it impossible to watch. It is a waste of money. I wish there was a simple fix.

    Tv has not worked properly since purchase. I ordered a 2 year geek squad coverage but apparently not processed with purchase. Repair is more than tv is worth now.

    BACKLIGHT HORRIBLE QUALITY

    The other reviews regarding the backlight are correct. Almost 16 months to the day the backlight went out. It is more cost effective to buy a new tv then to mess around with replacing parts.

    This TV worked well for the 1st 2 days. Then the speakers started doing this loud buzzing. I thought it was a manufacturers defect, so I brought it back and exchanged for the same TV. Same exact thing. Played fine for the first day. Next day speakers making a loud buzzing. Will return today for a different TV.

    Broke upon unboxing. I purchased this for my daughters dorm room and left it in the box and original packaging. There is only a 14 day return exchange window, we missed the window by 5 days. I have received nothing but the run around on getting this fixed or replaced.

    Done buy this TV. Backlight will fail within 14 months and BestBuy will not fix it it or exchange it. This TV is not worth the value and they should be ashamed to put out such a product.

    1 week after warranty, screen went black. I went back and checked reviews and it seems many have the same issue. Get extended warranty if you decide to purchase.

    This product was broken . Had to return it and pay full price for it even though I bought it as an "open box " deal. Wouldn't recommend at all. I would have saved more just by waiting for black friday. Less than 2 weeks later I saw it at Walmart for 290.00 what a waste of time, energy and I will not be back for electric items at this store again.

    Screen was damaged when I got it. Also, when trying to set it up I scanned qir code to get to the Samsung enrollment website and I was unable to create an account because it said my phone number was invalid so I could not complete setup. Returned to Best Buy and bought an insignia tv.

    This tv is a gimmick. Everything is geared towards paid apps. Never seen a smart tv that doesn’t recognize a cable box. Bought it for my moms but wish I spent a little more on a traditional smart tv! SMH

    Lasted three weeks and no longer works. HDMI will not work and neither will playback on just about everything. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy a thing from Best Buy. They offer zero help

    Would not buy again this brand had it exactly 1 year an 1 day an it was out of warranty by then they would not fix it are give me another . I would never recommend this brand! Never buy this brand!
