    Poor tech support. Needed help with a small issue regarding the TV I bought. No one will answer at the store and the guy from tech just told me to bring the 50 inch TV back!!! Seriously....... What a ridiculous response! No help addressing my problem!

    Don't buy if you want to use the HDMI ports

    The tv won't switch to the HDMI ports. The preview screen shows that it recognizes the playstation is on and connected, but won't display the playstation on the full screen (or any other device connected via hdmi ports).

    Tv has lot of issues, especially sound related whenever I switch apps, I have to turn off tv each time. Also, it doesn’t communicate with sound bar, Sony. I am not sure what’s wrong with tv, I have updated the software. I hope I didn’t get a broken tv

    I too purchased two of these during Black Friday 2020. First one screen went black on January 15, 2022 and tonight the second one went out. I am sure it is the back light. Never again will I purchase another insignia. Waste of money for the length of time it lasted.

    Purchased April 2021 and by August 2022 the TV was showing increasing signs of problems. The volume and selections would race to maximum when pressed in either direction and in October 2022 the TV stopped showing a picture. Complete trash

    From the beginning this tv has glitches with the fire tv stuff, all our iPads and smart phones can be streaming at the same time with no issues, but the tv acts as if there is no internet….even though we check and it claims it’s connected

    Lasted approximately 8 mos. before it chopping off half the screen and getting other lines. Had cable tech stop in to verify that yes, its the TV and not their cables or equipment.

    This TV stopped working a little over a year after purchase Best Buy did not have any support for it I decided that this was a cheap disposable TV I will never buy this brand again and never ever recommend it to anyone

    This TV lasted approximately 1 year before going to a completely black screen. The sound worked for an hour or so after the blackout. It stopped working suddenly and would not even try to power on.

    This TV sucks. I purchased it in September of 2022, and now, in November 2023 (just outside the warranty), the TV has flickering lines across the monitor.

    Don’t purchase this tv I bought for my dad as a gift and it went out twice so the geek squad agent said theres no way to fix it thank god for warranties now going to purchase a different bran

    Backlight issues! It was good otherwise but I’ve had backlight replaced on warranty and the replacement is bad as well. I would not recommend buying this tv.

    got this tv in may of last year. only used for gaming and the typical uses for tv, backlight is already out and will have to purchase another tv. stay away from this brand
