    The TV stopped working. It's not even a year and a half old and it now only has lines across the top and nothing else. What a waste of money!

    These televisions don't last long. The first one went out a little past warranty. We purchased another one and it went out too. Do not buy these tvs.

    If I could give this TV a zero star, I would. I HATE this TV. Constantly have to restart! Constantly kicks off Alexa. Constantly freezes. Should I go on?? Do you yourself a favor. Save your money. Don't buy it.

    Broken screen on opening

    Drove an hour back & forth to the store. Got it home, set it up & the friggin screen is broken. Their wonderful response was I need to take it back to the store & exchange it. No offer to help or compensation. Great! Another hour back & forth on my only day off.

    I purchased this tv for my son as a gift. It was an open box tv and was told everything was checked and no problems.. when my son opened the box there was no power cord and the tv stand that was in the box did NOT belong to that tv

    This TV is garbage don’t buy this brand for nothing in the world a bought this tv back in Dec 2020 and went out twice since they and now Best Buy tell me the Manufacture warranty is only good for one year because they no they selling you garbage

    Quit working in 4 months bought extended warranty not much help you have to call geek squad to come out rather than doing a simple exchange wait 2 weeks I'm really done with Best Buy way to many options rather than buy extended warranty should be extended wait

    Interface is overly complicated and redundant. You are constantly being urged to purchase Amazon products. Roku offers a much better experience with much less advertising. Wish I would've purchased a Roku television instead.

I understand how inconvenient it is to always get the Amazon ads on your TV. Kindly follow this instruction to fix this issue. Go to Settings on your Fire TV. Select the Preferences menu. Select the Featured Content menu. Set both options to OFF to disable all ads from autoplaying. If this did not work, kindly contact us.

    This was a pretty good set while I had it. The set died just 1 1/2 years after I bought it. I work harder for my money than that. Buy something else.

    Brought this tv at the end of October of 2022, here I am a little more than 4 months later and the tv screen no longer works. Waste of money, spend a little more and get a better tv.

    Less than two years and picture went dim, almost black. Tried to “reset” unplugging etc and nothing. Also a product outside of warranty but not even two years old. Waste of $400

    Not even one whole year before the HDMI board kept dropping the connection randomly. It has to be a in home service call because you cannot bring a tv bigger than 42" to the store for repair.

    I bought this TV a year and a half ago and the LED backlight went out. I contacted insignia customer service and all they could say is that I'm better off buying another TV because it was out of warranty. Do not buy!

    Dead within 30 days of warranty expiration

    It died at 13 months. About 30 days after warranty. It started with the top third of the screen being dim, then a green or red line appeared. Granted the TV is super cheap, but probably too cheap. Should at least last 24 months.

    Bought this last year in July and a year later the TV went out. The screen went off then on, went completely white and has remained that way.

    The TV does not work at all. The remote isn’t responsive AT ALL, forcing you to stand directly in front of the TV if you want to use it. When the remote decides to work, NONE of the apps on the TV will work, they all immediately quit as soon as you open it.

    Television last approximately 1 year, yes, 1 year.. Now there is no picture just a blank screen. So, I would stay away from this brand as it sucks, sucks and sucks.
