    I have been calling for some Time now to see if I can exchange the tv for something Else . Bought it like July 11 and has been cutting on and off and glitching terribly .

    I bought this TV in July 2022 and it’s November 2023 and the screen is black with just sound so more than likely it’s broke.

    Worst decision I’ve made this year, got one day shipping, shipping was delayed, got it a week later. Once I opened it was cracked, contacted Best Buy for a replacement and they just refunded my money, 50 dollars short.

    By far -one of the worst purchases that I have ever made. The quality of this television is beyond poor. It was very hard to watch with the picture quality- it was returned the next day

    TV lasted a little under 3 months and the screen is shot as of today. Apparently my return window is over with too. Not very happy.

    Took more than a week to receive it and on top of that the tv was damaged broken screen. I had to return it. Costumer service checked the box and checked as returned before

    I purchased this tv March 2022 and in April 2022, it stopped working the screen just went out. The tv would not play I could not believe it. I returned it to Best Buy, and purchased my usual brand an LG.

    After only a year and a half of use the screen is so dark that you can barely make out what is on the screen and I am unable to access the settings menu or restart the device.

    I've only had the tv a few weeks and at the very top of the screen there's a oscillating series of lines. It's on every channel, all day long. Every time you turn the tv on you have to tell the tv which input to be on. WORST purchase of my life.

    Within 3 months of ownership TV freezes on multiple occasions and requires being unplugged to reset. Remote someone froze too and required re-sync. Worst is a line of dead pixels from top to bottom of the TV.

    Literally 18 days after buying this tv, there is a grey horizontal line across the top. Of course since the return policy is 15 days, Best Buy will not do anything about it (even though it is their brand). DO NOT BUY THIS TV.

    Batteries don't last more than a week in the remote controller. Also tv randomly went out after almost a year and a half. Has sound but no picture. NO DO PURCHASE. Waste of money

    This tv lasted only 1 year and 4 days. Just went black. Poor quality that just didn't hold up. It was a Father's Day gift and I purchased it in June 2021. Stopped working in June of 2022.
