    Don’t buy this “Best Buy” brand! TV stops functioning after 1 Year. Common issue with this brand - controller for led backlit array goes out.

    I have had the TV since 12/8/22. It already has lines on the screen and I am having to schedule to have it serviced. Very disappointed in this Christmas gift.

    Do not buy this tv. Sound issues a month in. And it completely quit working this week. No picture. No sound. And of course that’s a month after the warranty expired.

    This tv lasted 2 years. It’s a piece of crap. I was maybe 2 months over the manufacturer’s warranty and they would not honor a replacement. The lemon of tvs

    This tv started out decent but after a year of having it the backlight has gone out. Picture quality is not the greatest and the sound is okay depending on what your watching.

    Worked well until the one year warranty hit. Then went out all together. Half the pixels suddenly went out.

    Television is non operational due to having to do factory reset and re-login to every single app that is used on a daily basis for the tv to work. Not enough memory...yet I have not added any apps.

    Defective in less than 6 months. Best Buy will not return and insignia wants to spend hours trouble shooting rather than honoring manufacturer warranty

    Terrible tv! Not worth the $. Only use a few hours a night for background sound mostly and this tv has no picture after only 20 months! Do not buy

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!! It emits a constant, high-pitched tone, even when powered off. It is loud enough to be a problem when watching tv, and is pretty much unbearable when not watching tv. I am returning this piece of trash.

    My TV hasn’t really worked since I bought it. Every app is delayed or won’t let me watch anything such as Netflix. We barely use the TV and even after restarting or unplugging it, it still isn’t working.

    This is by far the worst TV I have ever owned. DO NOT BUY THIS TV. You cant even use the TV unless its signed onto wifi and logged into and AMAZON account. I would rate this a 0/10 do not buy
