    Was great for 2.5 months. Changed my Amazon pw and now cant setup tv. Over an hour on the phone with Bestbuy and Insignia. No help.

    Failed in just under 2 years. Power light blinks and screen stays blank. Trouble shooting steps online don't work. Waste of money. Don't buy.

    Not even 3 years old and this TV has mysteriously stopped working. All of a sudden screen went black and nothing but sound and faint image seen with a flashlight.

    A month after purchasing tv started having issues with sound. Sound would go in and out. Did not pay too much mind until now it is more constant. Have to shut the tv off and back on to get sound back on.

    Absolute waste of money, TV screen kept freezing, and no way to fix, unless I paid a lot pf money to a technician, don’t recommend at all!

    Had it for 1 year and 3 months and the screen went bad on me. Just past the 1 year manufacturers warranty.

    User interface is too complicated, even for a smart TV. The specific TV I had was defective as well, the sound would work fine but screen would always go to a black screen, even after resetting multiple times.

    This TV just over a year and died the other day. Screen quality suddenly deteriorated and then the unit shut down completely. No more Insignia for me.

    This is the absolute dud of tvs,not only did I receive an open box tv that was damaged but spent weeks trying to get a refund and get my account straightened out.believe the bad reviews!

    My mom and I purchased 2 separate TVs. They both are glitching when we use YouTube only . There is a huge flash of green light that flashes every two minutes. Planning to return tv before my receipt expires.

    Has the tv for 3 days, used it 2x and the screen went black. There was sound, but no picture. Ran through every troubleshooting option possible with no improvement. Ended up returning it.
