We got this TV as a replacement for the previous Insignia TV we had due to the previous TV just stopped working for no reason (black screen). The replacement Insignia has been working for the past 3 years with no issues what so ever then all of a sudden, same thing happened. Must be a flaw with these insignias. No good! Of course this happens outside of both the purchased warranty and the manufacturers.

Great price and great product! At first I was a bit worried about the quality of the product, but this is a great product. Picture quality and sound quality is excellent. The remote control is nice and small and easy to navigate. My favorite part about it is the voice command. So instead of typing, you can just say it.

Great quality picture and sound, loved this TV. Bought it in Nov 2020 and screen jus lt now started dimming and flickering. But i had gotten a killer deal on it from black friday so it definitely lasted me and gave me its worth. I would definitely purchase again

Using this in my loft and works as an extra computer monitor when needed. No issues , picture is good and sound is decent. All around a good buy!

I am so pleased with this TV. Picture is crystal clear and voice command is hard to beat. First time buyer from Best Buy and they beat all others prices. Good deal and prompt delivery. Drop cable and save a ton of money. I have used Fire TV for 5 years...was afraid i wouldn't understand but it is so easy !

Picture quality is nice; it's bright, crisp. Sound quality is good. HOWEVER...I bought this for its SmartTV functionality, which is where it's extremely poor. Its capacity is tiny by today's standards. A lot of the TV's small internal storage is used up by mandatory bloatware which cannot be uninstalled. Amazon keeps adding more bloatware apps. If you plan to have the apps installed for the ever expanding collection of streaming platforms, you will likely run out of space. I had thought I would be able to use a USB flash drive to expand storage. However, even after extensive troubleshooting including multiple factory resets, having main board replaced, etc., it just will not successfully allow me to launch apps from external USB storage. Only a few apps even support being moved to external storage (Paramount+ supports this, as do a few other apps). However, once these apps are moved to the USB drive, they crash on launch. I've formatted numerous USB drives, differing capacity & manufacturer (many recommended for Amazon Fire SmartTVs. I've done this both using the TV's built-in formatting utility and formatting manually on PC to FAT32. I could try another board replacement on the chance that the replacement board was also bad; however, that's going to mean reinstalling all my apps yet again (I've done this more times than I can count between many factory resets, etc), signing into all of said apps, configuring them the way I want, etc.

I enjoy tv ,colors n sounds ,easy to focus on pictures ,fire stick works good the screen is perfect.i love it ,I will get another one .
