Fantastic smart TV. It's light weight and easy to mount. Picture quality is great and easily adjustable. Logged into my Amazon fire account and all my apps downloaded and installed with their passwords. We were watching TV in less than 15 min.

I would not recommend getting the tv delivered, there is no protection for damages made during transit. The tv is over all amazing, the sound, and 4K visual is great.

My tv went dark and you can still hear sound. Im not sure if it's worth paying to get it checked for repairs. Before it went out it was a great tv. Picture was very vibrant and sound was great.

    Great TV But.............

Out of the box, I could not get the remote to pair. Called the Insignia helpdesk. Spent 30 minutes on hold and over an hour with a tech. Could not get tv to pair. Their solution was to call Best Buy. Called Best Buy. Spent over 30 minutes on hold. Customer Service agent solution.....find replacement at a local Best Buy store and exchange it. Looked at inventory in Greater Phoenix area, only one available across many stores, and was lucky to secure it. Brought it home, plugged it in and it worked. Good picture and sound for the money. Just a not so good experience to obtain operable one.

3 years and still going strong. Picture quality is great for the price point. The speach search function works extremely well. Definitely a great tv overall.

I love this tv. I got introduced to smart tv's on my last tv, and they are great. Watching shows by apps instead of getting comcast is way better and cheaper. Plus this tv is 7 inches bigger. Yeah! :)

    Fire TV vs Roku TV.

    Posted .

Last yr (2019) for Black Friday I bought the 58" version of this. So this TV was for my 92 yr old mother who is not very electronic friendly. The picture is UNBELIEVABLE!!! But we watch from an antenna on the roof of our building. Sadly the wire has been damaged a few months ago. So now till we can get it fixed she is trying to watch TV via the Fire TV that came with it. Now I would like to point out that I have 2 Roku's that I myself watch TV thru in my bedroom & the kitchen (that has no wire to the antenna), that I like very much. So I thought the Fire TV would be much like the Roku system I have. And in a lot of ways (Apps/Programs you can watch) it is the same. And I have noticed I get some things (Program Apps or shows) she doesn't and vis a versa. But in all true honestly... I find Roku much easier to set up programing at installation, plus use the remote and switch from programs/apps then the Fire TV. I guess if you've never driven before a VW Bug is quite the car... but I've driven a Chevy before driving a VW Bug and they are not the same. (Sorry but that's the best way I could describe the difference between the two.) And any time I try to add a channel/program app to my mom's TV for her to view (things that are free, so I don't understand the hassle or problems) on her TV... Amazon tells me they have a problem with my account? So I recommend going with a Roku TV over a Fire TV.

The picture is great. Volume control allows you to make the sound really quiet. Navigating the apps is a bit laborious.

Great picture, and the Cat5Port was a massive plus. I hooked if direct to out router, and streaming is much better than using WiFi. Highly recommend this one!

    Broke in 1.5 Years

I am so disappointed in this brand. The TV was beautiful and had amazing audio and picture....until it didn't. There's not a scratch on this TV and I took the best care of it only for it to burn out within 1.5 years. Best Buy brand used to mean quality and longevity but I guess not anymore. Save yourself the heartbreak of spending your hard-earned money only for this brand to break just months after the warranty period is over. My whole family has been going to Best Buy for everything electronic for years and this is very disheartening.
