The TV was beautiful and had amazing audio and picture....until it didn't. There's not a scratch on this TV and I took the best care of it only for it to burn out within 1.5 years. Best Buy brand used to mean quality and longevity but I guess not anymore. Save yourself the heartbreak of spending your hard-earned money only for this brand to break just months after the warranty period is over. My whole family has been going to Best Buy for everything electronic for years and this is very disheartening.

I have no way to use the voice activate control unit & the remote control doesn't have numbers on it so I have to scroll through the channels to get the station I want. If I knew this I would have gotten something different. It's a good TV, just not right for me. I learned the hard way, now I'm sruck with it.

The sound works great when connected to a sound bar but the picture has now gone to a green screen. It is cheap but if you want something that will last this is not the one.
