Got this tv on sale. No regrets. Love the size and quality of the picture. Please let me know when there is another sale.

3.5 years of good life, followed by backlight going out. Even though it’s BestBuy’s in-house brand, they won’t repair it for a fee if you didn’t get the protection plan, contrary to what BestBuy’s phone customer service agent tells you. Cost for third-party repair is the same as buying the same TV in new condition. Then you may need to pay a fewe for BestBuy to take it back for recycling, if you don’t have a local minicipal electronics recycling facility. The whole thing leaves a bad taste.

Great tv and good value for the price. I got this for my granddaughter for her graduation.

Have tv i got in 2020 the pucture went out the orher day called best buy everyone was so help ful in making me feel important and to get me a new tv asap will always do business with the store

Sound quality isn't the best so a sound bar is needed. The biggest issue I have with this television is the message that continuously pops up on screen informing me that i'm low on storage and asking if i want to delete apps. I understand I've used most of my storage but isn't that the reason you get a specific amount of storage? Don't keep interrupting my program to tell me that i haven't met or exceeded my storage limit and asking me to delete!!!!!!! If that's the case, just put less f'n storage in the tv and stop interrupting my programs! Tried to turn this off in settings but it doesn't seem to be something you can turn off. If not for this I'd rate tv 4 stars so if you decide to purchase, just don't download more than 3-4 apps and you'll be fine... except for sound quality.

First smart tv. Trying to figure out how to eliminate cable

Only lasted @ 3 years. Roughly 2 that were not even used. Still had until 2026 for 5 year coverage.

Just purchased the TV for my daughters room 5 mths ago, mounted it, has been working fine, no drops or hits to it and it already is giving me a black screen. They’re going to come and fix it w the 1 yr limited warranty it comes but after that, we’re out of luck and they said its too late to return. If i wouldve known the TV would last us less than i year, i wouldve paid more to get something different. Other than that, TV worked fine, good picture, sound and alexa app was nice. But whats the point of all of that if its not working.
