The online purchase was very easy, and the pickup was even easier. Sean (representative who helped me at pickup) was knowledgeable and professional. I would go through this process again if I have to. My only issue is that it took a month to get this review. I figured after a week I wouldn’t get one. It’s likely someone would not remember the details of the purchase after 30 days.

I purchased this tv a year ago. I loved it. Great picture, sound and no lagging. No complaints,until the day the screen went black. 1 year old and no picture, I checked the wires, not the problem. Unplugged it a few seconds and the picture came back. That worked for a week. Now, I have sound but no picture. Looked at reviews online to find, that it's, quite common, for this model.usually, something wrong on the mother board and it'll be cheaper to buy a new TV. I reccomend you by a different brand until Insigna works out there quality issues.

I love my 50” Insignia tv. I could’ve made a better choice.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Insignia TV I purchased from Best Buy. The online shopping feature made it so easy & convenient for me. I was able to select exactly what I was looking for, use my credit card & pick it up curbside at my convenience. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

I thought the screen would be full of the picture and the TV was bigger than I thought it would be. I'm 80 years old and this is the first TV I've bought in a long time.

This TV only lasted 4 years. It seemed fine until one evening when we were watching the picture went black, though we still had audio. Some quick online troubleshooting indicated that the backlight died. We called a TV repair shop the next day to see how much it would cost to fix, and they said it would be cheaper to buy a new TV. So wasteful! So we had to run out and buy a new TV, but not another Insignia. It's a shame they make such shoddy products that don't last.

The favorite channels is useless In the remote, and sometimes the software hangs if you are using sideload apps, missing pip option

Worked well for 3.5 years , now video out is not coming .

I believe the high reviews are from first time flat tv or "big screen" tv buyers. If you have experience with tvs this one won't impress you. It's obviously not 4K. I doubt it's even 1080p. The picture is ok but you don't see details like you do in 1080p tvs, like wrinkles on the actor's faces. I originally liked the tv, then I bought a 43 inch insignia N10 and put it next to this TV and the color and details were much better on the 1080p N10. In under 2 years, the F30 quit powering on. I looked online and found that this is a common problem with insignia TVs. I hope my N10 will last. I won't be buying this brand of TV again.
