Very good product for the price. Really like the features

Just purchased the TV for my daughters room 5 mths ago, mounted it, has been working fine, no drops or hits to it and it already is giving me a black screen. They’re going to come and fix it w the 1 yr limited warranty it comes but after that, we’re out of luck and they said its too late to return. If i wouldve known the TV would last us less than i year, i wouldve paid more to get something different. Other than that, TV worked fine, good picture, sound and alexa app was nice. But whats the point of all of that if its not working.

I purchased this tv a year ago. I loved it. Great picture, sound and no lagging. No complaints,until the day the screen went black. 1 year old and no picture, I checked the wires, not the problem. Unplugged it a few seconds and the picture came back. That worked for a week. Now, I have sound but no picture. Looked at reviews online to find, that it's, quite common, for this model.usually, something wrong on the mother board and it'll be cheaper to buy a new TV. I reccomend you by a different brand until Insigna works out there quality issues.

I love my 50” Insignia tv. I could’ve made a better choice.

I was able to select exactly what I was looking for, use my credit card & pick it up curbside at my convenience. I highly recommend this service to everyone.

I thought the screen would be full of the picture and the TV was bigger than I thought it would be. I'm 80 years old and this is the first TV I've bought in a long time.

The favorite channels is useless In the remote, and sometimes the software hangs if you are using sideload apps, missing pip option

Worked well for 3.5 years , now video out is not coming .

This TV only lasted 4 years. It seemed fine until one evening when we were watching the picture went black, though we still had audio. Some quick online troubleshooting indicated that the backlight died. We called a TV repair shop the next day to see how much it would cost to fix, and they said it would be cheaper to buy a new TV. So wasteful! So we had to run out and buy a new TV, but not another Insignia. It's a shame they make such shoddy products that don't last.
