    Good price but not for long term use. The tv froze a lot. On year 2 it was stuck on the logo screen. Best Buy sent someone to fix since I had an extended warranty. 6 months later after the warranty expired, the screen just went dim like it’s trying to go out. I have never had a tv go out on me. Especially after 3 years.

    I purchased this TV over a year ago. About 3 months in it started having response delays. Long story short the TV now randomly shuts down and reboots itself. I do not have much downloaded on it...I regretted my purchase after only a few months.

    Powered on to black screen and never worked again. A web search shows this is a common problem. Also wasn't really a 4k tv. Pucture seemed fine until i put another tv with a good picture next to it, then i realized this is a poor quality tv.

    NOT a deal Screen Life 2YRS, Waste of money . I never would have purchased this Amazon TV by Best Buy’s Brand Insignia that salesperson highly recommended enough so I purchased same tv in 43” as a gift for my parents after a year of being satisfied only thinking it would be a great way to introduce a first smart anything choosing the tv for them. If I was smarter, instead of trusting this product in the Alexa Fire category as well as Best Buy’s own endorsements claiming insignia as their own brand as well, only finding out after the tv worked fine one day and had a black screen with only audio as well as nothing went on damaging it. A friend who’s big on looking up reviews online overall brought to my attention the expected screen life is only 1-2yrs tops and I was not the only consumer mislead, as well as disappointed to say the least, Amazon definitely dropped the ball on this, lacking longevity for any consumer especially one as myself on a fixed income after unexpectedly becoming disabled

    I’ve had it for a little more than two years and it already messed up. Screen went black, can’t see anything but can hear.

    I purchased this TV in Dec 2021 and the screen has already gone out on it twice (was repaired once by Best Buy). I've had Sony and Samsung TV's that have lasted me 10 years plus with zero issues. I would stay away from anything Insignia. Best Buy has not been helpful and want to charge a diagnostic fee, parts and labor to fix it which I assume will cost more then what I originally bought the TV for.

    Great TV while it worked. 2 months after the warranty expired, backlight went out and BestBuy says it is the LCD. The replacement costs more than a new TV.

    Always got green vertical lines when watching a 4k broadcast on fox sports. I did love the TV until the backlight stopped working suddenly. about 3 months ago. I've had the TV since Christmas of 2019 so it's out of warranty. I thought this might be a fluke but my sister, who got the identical TV the same day just had here back light fail tonight. Happy Thanksgiving! From reading the reviews we aren't alone. Best to buy a different brand to be save until they can sort some things out,

    Purchased May 24, 2021. It's not working as of today, AUGUST 25, 2022. TV HAS SOUND BUT NO PICTURE. Called Insignia, they could not help. Only lasted 1 year and 3 months. I regret the purchase. RUN..... DO NOT PURCHASE.

    This television is trash. Had this tv for a little over a year and out of the blue one day the screen goes black but the sound is still working. Ive tried to reset the tv by unplugging it, holding down the power button, etc and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this television to anyone. After reading some of these reviews I see that they are well aware of the issue. Probably why its discontinued. You would think they would extend the warranty being as though this is an internal issue with this model.

    Great picture quality. Terrible battery life. Best Buy must have heavily invested in the battery companies as the remote eats through a set of batteries in less than 30 days. Which is quite impressive since its only used to turn the TV on.

    I only had this television for two years and it just died today. Had been showing signs previously of slowing down and being difficult to use. I'm never buying anything from Insignia again.

    I have only had this TV for three years and it no longer works. There is sound but no picture. It was working one night and the next day it had this issue of no picture. I’ve tried numerous troubleshooting techniques I found online from others who have had the same issue, but nothing has worked. Very annoyed at this waste of money.

    I bought this TV May 21,2022 and today the tv went out. It has sound but the screen is completely black. I do not recommend considering it’s an ongoing trend after the 2yr mark

    Last night after 14 months (2 mo. past the manufacturer warranty expiration ) a shadow formed at the top of the screen and in 20 minutes my picture was gone. Tried many schemes to get it back but it’s dead ... I now have a 50” talking chalkboard. I spent the next couple of hours reading many, many forums which repeated the same events: just after the warranty expires... the TV dies. It’s an enormous piece of junk and waste of money. Pay a little more for a set that’ll last 10 years. This one is disposable.

    I’d Give it ZERO Stars if I Could

    This TV started off wonderful when I purchased it last August 2019. However, just YESTERDAY, September 22, 2020, this same “wonderful” TV blacked out on me and suddenly died. I had it for little over a year. Unfortunately, I didn’t purchase the Geek Squad warranty when I bought it, so I had not other choice but to buy a new one because the repairs would have cost me just as much (if not more) than what the TV is worth. I have a flat screen TV I bought over 5 years ago that has never died on me. This was such a waste of money. And apparently this isn’t just random because I told a friend of mine it died, and she told me an insignia TV she bought a few years ago died on her, too. Don’t buy. Extremely ghetto. You’ve been warned.
