    Just after 4 years the backlight went out. As we were watching tv the picture slowly went blank. Now theres no picture just a dark blue screen and sound. Do not recommend and will not purchase this brand again!

    TV junk don't buy

    TV turns out to be junk. Had for a little over one and a half years and picture went out today and won't come back on after trying different things. Only has sound. Appears LED went out since if I hold a flash light up to screen I can see the picture.

    Bought this TV lesson four years ago and it completely went black. There is no support or help for anything so pretty much just know when you buy this TV it’s for a short amount of time.

    Bought TV 19 months ago, was great while it lasted. Turned on TV when i woke up to see news, only to see a dark screen! Thought it would last at least two or more years, after reading reviews. Disappointed, to say the least, but glad it on sale when purchased. Lesson learned.

    Bought this tv less than a year and a half ago and is already going on the trash! I went to turn it on one day and the screen was black but I could still hear it. I’ve never had a tv break let alone in such a sort period of time, definitely will never buy this brand again!

    Screen went black in less than two years. This is the second time it has happened with an Insignia. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the extended warranty.

    DO NOT BUY!!! Do not waste your money. Best Buy takes all the bad reviews off. This TV died within 20 months of purchase and best buy wont do a thing. Look up this brand on other websites. People have the same issues as me. STAY AWAY!!!

    Dont get this TV! I’m returning mine. Just got it, the next day there’s a black line running horizontally on the top. Then, I’m Watching a movie and there is no picture. Just sound. So I google it, and other people have had this problem. Perfect example of why sometimes it worth spending more for a Samsung or Sony.

    Awful tv. This is the 3rd Insignia tv I have purchased. The screen went out 3 months in. The 2 before that both had to have new control boards.

    Horrible product Tv went sim and will not brighten back up support no help have to buy new tv after 2 yrs multiple reviews have same issue faulty product go with LG or Toshiba fire tv DO NOT BUY INSIGNA!!! Crappy quality.

    Lasted 2 years- screen went dim and won’t come on. The built in FireTv has not enough memory to add sufficient apps, Amazon loads a lot of their own apps that you can’t delete, uses a lot of memory

    I had my Insignia TV for not even 2 years and the backlight has gone out and needs replaced. Better off buying a new TV rather than getting it replaced/fixed.

    This was a great tv until after only a year and a half of having it the backlighs stopped working. So now i either have to pay to get it fixed or buy a new tv.

    50" will not stay on the network (wifi). Worked great for four months, and I just bought a 32" two weeks before the 50" went out. Wish I had waited buying the 32" and avoided buying the 50". So disappointed.

    I purchased an antenna right after Christmas. It picked up 0 digital and 0 analog channels. I attempted to return it as it’s useless to me. I was told because I purchased during Christmas season I couldn’t return it.
