    I have had nothing but problems with this tv. The batteries in the remote don’t last more than 5 days. While watching 4K movies randomly waves come across the tv. Would not recommend

    TV quit working after about 2 years (backlight/screen). Many other reviews state the same. Waste of money and I don’t plan on buying a Best Buy brand tv again.

    Bought TV last yr a black line on screen .

    I bought this TV last year. About a month ago after the guarantee expired a black line is showing on my screen from the top to the bottom. I will never ever buy an Insignia tv again

    Waste of money.

    I bought this TV back in April of 2019. It lasted a year and half before it quit working and I have to replace it. It developed issues with the power supply and just continually shuts itself off. I will not buy an Insignia TV ever again.

    Had the tv for 2 weeks and took it off the wall to paint behind it. Screen is VERY fragile and broke. Didn't drop it, just set it down, Even though I bought it with 5 year repair plan Best Buys refuses to fix it. Buyer Beware!!!

    Cheap quality tv.. had it two months and already the speaker sounds like it’s going out. Don’t sound clear at all.u pay for what I get smh.

    Broke two months after the factory warranty. Best Buy won’t help at all. Thanks for making me waste $300. Especially during a pandemic. Won’t shop here ever again.

    Purchased Nov 2020 and the screen is black 6/22. I’ve called and finally after the 10th call. It’s outside the manufactures warranty and nothing can be done.

    No Sound 2nd day

    Sound lasted exactly one day. I'm running it through HDMI and it worked beautifully the first day. Second day; no sound, no sound on 3rd day either. Changing cable and port didn't help.

    Does not connect with a ps5. I have been on the numerous times with insignia and Best Buy. I keep get the run around. We have done troubleshooting and nothing has worked.

    Purchased 2. One came out of the box broken and the other one had software issues and wouldn't stay turned on or stream anything. Very disappointed.

    I was excited to get this tv, but upon connecting it, it Didn’t work I had to go through the trouble of disconnecting everything and returning it to the store, returned item

    TV dead in less than 4 days light use.

    TV stopped working in less than 4 days. Picked up afternoon of 12/26/2021 and on 12/29/2021 it stopped working. Screen went white, wouldnt turn off. Very dissapointed.

    Worked great for a few months and now none of the hdmi ports work. Tried different devices and cables to no luck. Should have read more reviews before buying. Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

    Back light went out

    It was a great TV until it broke about a year and a half into it and the warranty is only a year. So if you buy this TV buy the extra insurance, you will need it.

    Very poor resolution, auto sleep is mandatory. We cant disable or turn off the auto sleep feature. Very bad TV.
