Not sure if it was THIS specific tv or the Insignia in general, but this tv has very limited storage, even with a USB. Once a day, I get an error message saying there is not enough storage to either download an app or update an existing app. I've called BB a few times, and they give me a number to Samsung. I've called Samsung and they tell me to call BB. I'm selling this on FB and will buy another brand.

Honestly the remote dies super fast because its bluetooth.. Thats the worst part in my opinion. Other than that its a great tv

This is our workout room TV and performs beautifully. The folks at insignia do not highly advertise their bluetooth connection for audio, however it is very very good to pair a small BT speaker (JBL Clip) that we put on exercise equipment in our basement. TV speakers are good, but their bluetooth connection and sync is very decent, and seamless. Very happy with the purchase especially for the price.

Pretty much a plug and play operation. Just what was needed in the new apartment.

This is a Christmas gift for my son who is a Marine that is currently deployed so I cannot speak to the quality. I report back later on that. I can say that the item arrived on time and in good shape. What I don't like is I ordered geek squad protection for this product and didn't get any info on how to use it if he needs it.
