    My first Smart TV , it was a great Black Friday deal and I was already a Fire Stick user, so thought this would be a great purchase. Although the picture quality is decent, I've had several issues with the TV, including not being able to get my soundbar to work with it, and have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy, Insignia, Vizio and Amazon. To which not one of them have been able to resolve the issues. The sound itself from the TV is often off from the people talking and I have to turn the TV off and back on to get it in sync. Am returning the TV.

    Great price! You get what you pay for. It was an ok tv. Good sound. Not much memory built in. Navigation is clumsy. Watching 4k was also unbearable, the background would wave around I had to lower the settings to watch good movies. Screen went completely black after fading at the bottom. I went through all the tips and tricks with no change. If want to buy a tv every couple years this ones for you.
