I didn't realize this was a Fire TV instead of a Roku at first, but it still lets me use Netflix and Disney+, as it's good. Just be aware that you have to connect it to your Amazon, com account to use most of the features.
The picture is great. I have an up-scaling Blu-ray player, and I think this TV must also upscale because my wife and I have watched DVDs on it and they look amazing.
I have it hooked into my stereo because the sound is... typical of widescreen TVs. It isn't very good if you care about sound, but the output to connect to a better sound system is fine.

I absolutely love this TV. Great color and so easy to pair with my cable network. I bought at the Christiansburg, VA store and while alittle slow with helping me, when I did get help the customer service associate was great. I do understand the slowness because of Covid and I do nk hold that against any person.

Did alot of research on Insignia vs other brands such as TCL, Vizio, etc. For the Black Friday doorbuster, this could not be beat. This is replacing a 40 inch Samsung 8 year old tv which was perfectly fine. Very nice that it has Fire tv built in, and so far love the picture quality and very happy with purchase.

For the price, very nice product! I’ve purchased these TVs for my children for a few years now and been pretty satisfied with the quality. Understanding these are not top of the line/ brand name but very reasonable for the price.

Very easy to set up. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Had TV set up and on in a matter of minutes. Picture quality is excellent and the apps are great to stream other shows. The low price was an added bonus. I have another Insignia TV and was very familiar with the quality. Not disappointed at all.

Purchased for our sons room who was 6 based off the Best Buy associates recommendation for ease of use since he was accustomed to the fire stick platform. Picture is great and he likes it. Price was on point as well with lots of smart features.

Very impressed with this TV. Excellent picture quality, feels durable and it’s light. It’s an Amazon Firestick TV, so all media apps come preloaded; only downside, Amazon Firestick always feel clunky to me; Roku is a better media player in my opinion. Other than that, this TV fit all my needs for my back yard. 50” is not too big and not too small, and for the price of $229 at the time- you can’t/couldn’t find a better price! It also came with a free Amazon Echo Dot (3rd Gen) and free 3 month Apple TV subscription.

Great sound n picture. All kinds of features. Just don't like the idea of no buttons other than the power button. No manual included with the TV either. But got it in black friday for a killer deal, so can't complain to much.

This TV was purchased as an upgrade for my mother-in-law's older 40" model. She enjoys the larger screen. One small issue we had was this TV, by default, starts up to a menu screen that requires you to always first choose an input. My MIL does not have an Internet connection at her home and only has a cable box attached to HDMI 1. Having to always choose an input was confusing for her and was not going to be a good option for her, After contacting customer support, it was determined that a software update was going to have to be downloaded and installed on the TV. I had to set up my iPhone as a hotspot for the TV and allow the TV to update itself. After the software update, a menu item in the settings appeared and we could now set the TV to always start up at the last used input. Since she only uses HDMI 1, this has worked well for us. Tech support indicated that the previous behaviour was due to the fact the TV was a "Smart TV". I'm not sure I am buying that logic since no other Smart TV we own does this. Other than this start up behaviour, we have been very pleased with the TV.

The first thing that attracted me to this TV was the price. Secondly, i had a Firestick on my old TV and was very pleased with it. So with this being a Fire TV Edition, i felt confident about buying it. No regrets! Just plugged it in and followed prompts. Very easy and I'm not techy.

We've had this TV now for a month now. The picture is sharp and clear. Watched some 4K content on it and amazed at the crisp and colorful video. Mainly watch it for OTA content over digital antenna. Even then, the channels come in clear with the investment of a $25 antenna. There's plenty of Picture adjustments to fine tune the video. Also use it for gaming, and gameplay looks clean on this TV.
The Fire TV OS on this TV can get a little buggy. If it weren't for the sometimes laggy OS (sometimes apps hiccup), I would rate this TV 5 stars. Honestly, besides brand recognition, I would choose this set over the pricier brands.

The TV was easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. And the picture quality is beautiful! The only negative about the unit for me is that it takes a little bit of digging in the settings to find the other inputs.

This product is a good value for the price. The picture quality is great. Having the Amazon Firestick built-in is convenient. No extra cords to plug in and or hide. I would recommend this tv for a bedroom or business lobby area.

Love this tv. Much better than my old one. Had a visio 32 inch and it served its purpose, but the remote stopped working properly. Did some research on tv's and decided to gine this one a try. Glad i did. Great picture and sound, plenty of inputs, and a fire tv on top of all of that. Very pleased.

Pretty good tv for the price. Set up was not too hard. I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She won’t use any of the features other than cable box. I did a little search and found out how to make it so when you turn on cable and tv goes automatically to hdmi. She loves it so far. I did add a 2 year protection plan because if there was a issue they will come to the house. I am not expecting any issue. I have had good luck with other Insignia items I have purchased so thought why not try their tv.
