Several family members own this television, and are completely satisfied with it. In full disclosure, last year we received this tv as a gift. Just under one year the sound went up. Best Buy quickly replaced it, despite the COVID-19 virus, and the Christmas rush. Their service was outstanding...simply exceptional. However, this time we purchased a five year warranty, which was a great value. If you want a big bang for the buck, and don’t want to make a big investment, this could be your tv!
