TV came 2 days before delivery date and setup and installation took me 2 hours. Great picture quality, great sound, and no delay from the remote. Hotkeys on the remote are nice to instantly go to Netflix, Disney+, etc. Can't really find anything bad to say about this, it's just a good product.

The remote control is easy to use and the menu’s control is very straightforward and easy to understand. The thing I liked most about this TV is I can plug in a wireless mouse and keyboard combo. I can not do that with my other Samsung and TLC ones. Thank you Best Buy.

Lucky Black Friday Buy

Not many people got lucky like myself. It’s a great tv so far but it’s new. I will have to update if I encounter problems others have had. It works great with Alexia’s. Walk in the room and just say whatever channel you want and show and it works.
