very happy so far. good tv at a good price. im not one of those "crazy" tv people when it comes to sound and pixels and all that. very happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Perfect sound and video plus the alexa built in is pretty awesome. Definitely would ignore the negative reviews unless somehow the product gets broken along the way to the store or at the store then sure it's gonna be a bad bought experience. 10/10

I bought this as Christmas present for my cousin. She LOVE IT!!! She stayed up several nights binge watching some series she was behind on. She like the size. She had a 32 inch non-smart tv. So getting a 50 inch with firestick built-in was Great

After 15 months, the remote stopped working. Amazon wont replace it since im 3 months past warranty. Stick with Roku

So far this tv has worked great! The sound and picture quality is awesome for watching movies/shows! I also connect it to my Amazon echo dot and I can control the tv hands-free.

What’s not to love? The picture is great and the wireless capabilities make it simple to use with different streaming services. The sound is just okay but that’s what a good sound bar is for.

My TV went out and so I purchased this 50inch Insignia at a great deal. The picture is so crystal clear. It also came with a lot of TV channels to subscribe to. This was a great buy.

Didnt want to pay that for much because i brought one on black friday that was much cheaper. Good TV to have. Same TV on Black Friday was $160. This one cost me TWICE as much.

So I think this is a good TV. However it is a replacement for one I purchased online from Amazon that was processed through Best Buy. The first ones box I was a little ratty and I had my suspicions that this one was a repack box. When I set the original one up there were fingerprints on the screen surface which led me to believe the same, that this was actually a previously returned TV. One day after setup the HDMI ports quit working on the TV and I was not able to utilize my system controller. This new one that I purchased after returning the first TV and this is an identical model has worked perfectly since taking it out of the box. My suggestion if you ever get a box that looks like it's been previously opened don't accept the product send it back to the store and ensure you get a box that looks like it's Pristine from the factory.

Good picture and easy to use, except for the fact that the firetv has trouble with cox internet…no idea what’s up with that but of well

My Samsung finally died after 8 years. Great tv for the price and worth a buy. Parental controls are great with Amazon's fire tv's

Good but the directions are terrible. Not so easy to understand how to program. Great picture, lousy sound.

Great TV! Looks and sounds good. Haven't had any issues in the 2 years I've owned it. 50" is a great size too.

A nice TV. Better than i thought i it was gonna be. The clear picture says it all. Woth the simple apps is a great plus! Highly recommended is you looking for a great looking TV with a low price tag then this is it.b

picture quality is awesome! the only thing annoying about this TV is that if you want to switch amazon accounts you have to unregister the TV from your amazon account.

I love it! We’ve only been using maybe a couple weeks and we don’t watch t.v. a lot. But when we do use it the picture is clear, sound is great and love having the Hulu, Netflix, Prime buttons right on the remote. TV is extremely responsive.
