We purchased this TV for outdoor patio use. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the picture, especially given the price. You need an external streaming device. We use a Fire Stick.

It's getting hard to find a good tv minus all the smart or specialized stuff. Don't need, don't want it. It arrived quick and intact. Just as good a picture as tv's costing twice as much. thanks

Awesome TV fit the price. Too bad I did not get to buy another one and I believe they don't make them anymore. Picture Quality and sound are great for this TV set!

For the price it can't be beat. I get Insignia because it is a Best Buy product and they stand behind their products. I have someplace to go if something is wrong. Yes it is a 1080 but I am not a connoisseur of tv's

clear good screen picture, good sound and very good antenna reception. Only negative is no add channel search function, so for the locations with broadcast stations from from all directions, you cannot rotate the antenna and view those other channels without anther search.

We have a pretty big living room. This tv is large enough to do well in a large living room. The sound wasn't great but I paired it with an Insignia sound bar and it sounds and looks great.

The TV has the basics. It has good picture quality and the Sound is OK. Use a budget sound bar to enhance the audio. I would recommend this Tv. Especially if you get it on “Deal of the Day.”

We replaced our 42 inch insignia with this 50 inch TV. We gave the 42 inch to mom. Still working great. We would highly recommend this brand to everyone. Plus we got a great deal on it too.

50" TV was $200 + tax! It is not a "smart" TV, but we did not need a "smart" TV because granddaughter already had a ROKU. We could not be happier!

I am happy with it. I had a gripe with the location of outlets on left side of the back of TV. They are not as easy to access as it should be. But the picture is great. I love it. I used to have Samsung.

Just had a Toshiba 50in that was 2 years old went out on me, just picked this up just to get by, actually very surprised how good it looks and sounds for the price point definitely would recommend.

we really like this TV. Very nice picture. Only 4 stars because the outer frame if TV is very thin and moves. Seems like should be better made there. But hanging on the wall its fine. So far that's the only thing. Nice tv for the price

I needed a new HD tv to upgrade to streaming services. This Insignia was just the right one for the price and size. It works seamlessly with the Roku Streaming Stick.

This was purchased for a gift to my grandfather. This is a great price for the size of the TV. Although I dislike that it is not a smart TV, that was a feature I was willing to miss out on since my grandfather wouldn’t make much use of it.

Great image quality. A little sad that it's not a smart tv equipped with apps but I knew that when purchasing. It just seems like most TVs already come equipped with apps. It's fine for like a guest room.

Caught this television on sale and it was a great buy. The picture quality is really clear and well defined. If you're looking for a decent television without the price tag, the Insignia is the way to go.

When our old TV broke, I did not want a smart TV! This was the perfect choice in my price range. Nice picture and sound. I was concerned about the feet bc they looked flimsy, but they are sturdy and it hasn't budged.

I use this tv as a reference monitor for editing and it’s big enough for me to show off my work. It’s not the best quality but for what I need it for it get the job done. This size and price make it worth it.

Picture is outstanding,no problem getting unit set up. Also bought a sound bar(visio) which enhances the unit nicely. Dealing with Best Buy was a good experience on web site and in the store at Arden in Sacramento

$249 for this awesome 50" TV is an awesome deal. I'm impressed with the insignia brand, bought their brand sound bar a week later and it's awesome too. Good stuff, good price, delivered free. What more do you want?
