The picture quality is really good but you really need a sound bar. With a sound bar this would be the ideal TV especially for the price!! We bought it with a Roku device and it works just as well as the Roku TVs we purchased before. I don't like the way they decided to make the legs for it but it does the job. Would probably be better mounted. Definitely something we would purchase again!!

great value good price good color very light weigt

This tv was purchased to replace one broken during a move. It’s surprisingly good picture quality and sound. Easy to set up and sleek looking. Would buy again. It has the option for voice guided set up which helps my not so tech savvy hubby and would help someone who does not see that well.

Really super picture at at affordable price. With so little 4K content available why get ripped in a 4K tv. After all they’re always listening too. Lol! But seriously this is a great value with all the simple controls and great screen one needs. Upgrade it to a roku if you want smart features.

This is a very nice TV. It has a great picture. The only thing I overlooked about it was that it didn't have internet, but that was an easy fix. Otherwise, great TV for the price.

I've only had this TV for a couple of weeks - but so far so good. The picture quality at 1080p HD is great and there is plenty of DTS volume available on the audio side. A sound bar is not necessary unless you want a truer theatrical sound with the extra bass from the subwoofer. And make sure you don't get a bar that sounds tinny on the high side. It hurts my ears. ;) The only complaint I have is the placement of the 3.5mm audio connection on the bottom panel instead of the side panel where the HDMI connectors are as on past models. Otherwise a great TV at a good price. Oh, by the way, this is not a Smart TV. But that's what I wanted anyway. Enjoy.

I was a little skeptical of the price and the overwhelmingly good reviews on this tv, but it is exactly what I was looking for. I already have an Apple TV so all I wanted was a large, high quality television and this was an incredible price for that. Would recommend

50IN Insignia NON-SMART TV, already had Roku, and didn't want alexa always listening, I'll push the remotes mic. button if I choose too. So I wanted a "Dumb" HDTV. this is perfect, had a 46In visio, now Ive got 50" its smaller, I.E. just 1/2" border. Great picture. All for 250$ Best buy at BESTBUY LOL

Pros: The picture is clear and hook up was easy. The weight is fair not too heavy. Cons: The colors may need to be fine-tuned to be better but I havent found a way to correct that yet. The sound could be clearer and I would like more inputs. All in all for my family room that the kids play games on its a good price for what it is.

The TV is great for an individual like myself who isn't looking for too many advanced features or an extraordinary picture display. It doesn't compete with the other tvs on the market when it comes to HD or picture quality. The picture quality is fine just not advanced. In that sense you get what you paid for. The worst quality is the remote...you have to be directly In front of the tv for it to work. Overall very happy with the it.

Great clarity, easy to set up, reasonably priced. The only thing I don't like about the TV is the remote and the fact that there are no buttons on the TV for changing channels or raising/lowering volume. So it's not very helpful if you lose your remotes

This is my first tv, and I love it! I have Apple TV so I didn’t need a smart tv, the picture on it is great, and it gets pretty loud (it’s in my bedroom, about 10x12 ft). It’s also super sleek and easy to use! Perfect price for college students.

The sales representative very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about TV's. The remote didn't work when I tried to turn it on. The next day I brought the remote back in and they exchanged it with without any problems. So far it works great and simple to set up and use.

I’ve had this tv for a week and I’m very pleased. It’s not the fanciest TV out there but the picture is great and I plugged my roku in with no issues. I’m surprised by how decent the sound is...we don’t even use our sound Bar most times. Good value.

This is an outstanding HDTV! It has very good audio and visual acuity. It is big enough to give you a 'movie' feel' and small enough to move around if necessary. It is lightweight and of good quality. It offers a great platform for video gaming.

Bought this tv in august of 2018, the picture is great, and its super easy to use. The one thing i am not crazy about is the sound, that however is a problem with almost all flat tv's. Invest in a good sound bar to pair with this device and you should be good

Excellent upgrade/replacement for a lesser quality TV that we were fed up with Gives you all that you need in a TV and a couple extras. Set up was quick and ready to to be used minutes after turning it on!

Was scepticle on getting such a large tv for such a good price and after some reviews I was worried about the quality. Let me just tell you, it’s so worth it!!!!!! I love this tv!!! Picture is good, set up was easy, and I can’t find the be flaw to be honest
