Not the best but gets the job done for the price. There are many options but 299-399 for 550 sq ft is good

12,000 BTU machine blows really cold, set it up in the living room for our hot bay area weather heat wave and did work! The space was nice and cold, could tell difference from the whole house. Definitely worth the purchase. Would buy it again.

Got the 550 sq. ft. unit to cool down my 1 bedroom apartment. It worked okay in my living room, keeping my apartment at a bearable temperature during the summer. I got a little over a year of regular use out of it until it stopped working, needless to say I'm glad I had the protection plan on it. If you get this AC, keep your expectations realistic.

Works good, unit is very bulky, but I would rather look at this than be hot!

Did a quick check to make sure it was sufficient for my room and it blows very strong and cold. I Still need to install the hose in my window so i can use the AC. So far I'm loving this portable ac and can't wait to use it.

Purchased to supplement the present central air unit and has operated exactly as advertised. Would recommend this unit to anyone. I did purchase a two year additional warranty because I had no experience with this product.

I am really happy that I bought this portable air conditioner. I was skeptical at first but I was not disappointed. It cools down my big bedroom within 1 hour with the fan on. I will definitely buy it again!

I needed something like this to cool my tv room I compared to other similar products and this became first choice it works pretty cool and looks good I will definitely recommend this to everyone

No problems what so ever. The Alaskan summers are getting hotter got this a/c unit so I can sleep and keeps the room at a nice 64 degrees as apposed to it being 80 out side. Totally recommend.

Bought this product about a month ago and it cools the rooms quickly even on the exceptionally hot days. The product isn’t bad to look at and much quieter than I anticipated. Great buy!

Great buy, lasted us 4+ years of daily use. Kept area dry and cool in this Texas heat.

We purchased this larger unit because the smaller one would not cool our 12x14 bedroom. This one is much better and easily cools our room.

We did home hospice for my sister at the height of summer blistering heat and were able to keep her cool and comfortable.

This AC blows very cold air and work very good I use it in my Basement my windows are very small and vent fits perfectly in my tiny window.

Easy to maneuver and functional. Also, gets cool relatively quickly. In addition, the sound is moderately low. This air conditioner was a smart purchase.

Just in Time to cool down the house..works great..best one I have bought so far..the previous one I had ..the cold air went to the ceiling..did not like at all..This one the cold air comes out of the front instead of the top..much better..I want the air on me not towards the ceiling..

Expensive but worth every penny. This thing blasts frigid air at a very nice speed. Recommend it for sure.

Not nearly as loud as most reviews say. Works well and quickly. Not sure I agree with 550 sq ft on package, but still a very nice unit
