This tv is great for the price, but of course it’s not too notch because it was designed for Black Friday. I have an issue where the volume suddenly goes out and I have to wait a few minutes for it to come back. Also, only usually while playing video games the tv makes a humming noise. You get what you pay for.

I bought this tv for Black Friday as my previous one purchased 2 years ago (different retailer) broke after 1.5 years. So far I really like this tv. It has a clear picture, good sound, and easy to use. Hopefully it lasts longer than the other one.

Picture quality is honestly really good and price was awesome ..215 after tax including a 3rd generation echo dot. Being this is my 1st 4k insignia tv I am happy with it...I also have a HD insignia tv that is great as well...I trust insignia.

I brought this for Black Friday and am happy I did. I love the ease of use with the fire stick and remote. Easy to assemble And this TV has great picture quality and sound. The price is very inexpensive but the quality is really good!

Good picture quality, great features, great gaming experience with a PS4 connected (no lag at all). Amazon Fire TV interface is pretty slick and intuitive. Easy to setup the stand. And at an unbeatable price of $199 during Black Friday!

I purchased this TV and took it back because the sound kept going out within the two days I owned it. Keep in mind that I do not have a sound bar. It is unnecessary for me, it being a bedroom TV. I was provided a second TV, same exact make and model, and the sound didn't come on at all. I went online to read other reviews and found about 10 others that stated this seems to be a problem with this TV. I didnt feel like returning the second TV and simply hooked up some speakers I had in the house. But all TVs should come with sound—even if its low quality sound. Buyer beware if you choose this TV. Picture quality is great, and its easy to operate.

The picture is great, but I’ve had a few issues with the sound going out. I had technicians come out to fix the TV and nothing worked until I was finally told that it needed a software update. After the update I haven’t had any more problems. Hopefully it will stay that way.

This TV has a great picture and works great. It was a Black Friday deal and was really in expensive. I would buy another if they have the deal again. It did have a audio issue when I first got it but Best Buy technician came out promptly and fixed it. Happy with the purchase.

This is my 2nd Insignia TV, 4K this time. Great TV especially when you get it for a really good deal. Amazing picture and sound clarity, user-friendly home app design, voice remote, works with Alexa. However, I didn't find a youtube cast option compatible with this smart tv.

You can't beat this TV for the Black Friday price I paid. The picture is outstanding and the features, including the Amazon Fire TV built in, make it one of the best deals on the market. Highly recommended.

Good picture, nice Amazon features. Happy with picture and apps. But the continousl sound issues makes this TV a nightmare. Sound cuts out, and when you turn it on there is no sound at all. It's like the old tube TV's of decades ago. It needs to be on for a while and sound starts to work a little only to cut out now and then. Then the TV pauses the program by itself when the remote is no where near anyone? This years Black Friday deal is turning out to be a real stinker.

It was the black Friday deal. We have a couple other tv that are best buy brand and have not had one issue with them in 2 years. Now this TV is freeking awesome!!!! Picture is unreal. We are super happy with this and honestly for the normal price I would have paid it, in my view you get more bang for your buck with the BB tvs. This one with all the high end picture stuff WOW!!!! FYI if you max out the memory with apps you add a USB memory stick. Theres a USB port on the back. Oh and it has coaxl, old school video hook up hdmi they have you covered!!!!

Been over a month since I bought this TV on black friday doorbuster and lucky to get it at a steal away price. It is remarkable how brilliant Insignia can be in electronics. I had been using a couple of other products from Insignia and had no complaints what so ever. Being a fire tv this product stands out, its a great OS pretty smooth operations with 4k hdr, decent interfaces for external connectivities optical output as well and can have tonnes of app from app store or 3rd party ones. The only place I see this product can be improved as compared to the likes of LG and SAMSUNG is the contract ratio and this is the only reason I am shy of giving it up a 5 star. But being a pretty decent size of 58" this perfectly suits the need and budget unless you are looking for tv to play some high end games and 6k or even 8k videos on it which are probably distant to most of the brands as well.

I took a chance on this TV for $199 on the Black Friday sale to replace a 55" Samsung. The picture is good, but not as good as the Samsung. The sound isn't not as good as the Samsung. I use YouTubeTV to stream live sports and the picture on this TV when watching live sports is jerky and not smooth at all. It's so jerky that it's distracting for me to watch. I've played with all the picture settings to see if I can fix it and nothing works. None of the other 4 TVs in my house have this jerky motion when playing live sports. I plan on returning the TV and going back to my 6-year-old Samsung that has a better picture and sound. I would've been really upset if I'd purchased this TV at the regular price ($479.99).

TRULY FANTASTIC. For a 4k HDR at this price point and size. Dont hesitate to purchase. Plus the built in Amazon Fire TV. Cartoons show in 2D when we watch. Its a great tv. Quality is truly amazing. Especially I go this during thanksgiving time with less price. Set up was easy and having FireTV already installed was great. Menus are easy to navigate. Having three HDMI inputs is awesome. Picture is crystal clear, and the sound is not home theater in quality, but still sounds pretty good. Even I am enjoying the games on it by connecting to my Xbox.

Bought this on a whim on Black Friday of 2019. We had a smaller 46" tv, and see this at my local Best Buy. I purchased a smaller Insignia for the daughter and thought to try it out -- has FireStick built-in, which is a total plus if you subscribe to Amazon Prime. So far, after almost a year, it has been a super quality image and not a single issue (so far) with it. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a decent quality tv that is not in the multi-thousand dollar range. My only "complaint" is that I wish it was on a swivel stand instead of legs, but $20 on Amazon solved that problem too. Now to find that 85" version....

Nice TV for the price...worked well for a year but started giving some voice issues where sound goes off for some time...but worth the price...Clarity is good along with sound quality...Just they need to rectify and fix Sound issue

I purchased this TV during the Black Friday sale. It’s a great deal for $199.00. The only issue I’ve had is the sound goes in and out. After an internet search, I plugged in my earbuds and haven’t had a problem since. Picture quality is good!
