Other strips from insignia have worked fine. This one consistently gave a fault light warning after the first year. Didn't feel safe using it after that.

Changed my password & I don’t know what it is. We to explain how to use new product with blue ray & tv 4K I was told nothing. & over charged. I have no idea how to use products & have tried virtual & have called & been talking & 2x they dropped my calls. I’m so upset why get the geek protection & help & get no help
