I lose power at my house constantly and I have my Xbox TV and switch plugged in to this extension cord. It protects against surges and I’ve never had an issue with it. Owning this for over three years, I highly recommend.

Use it in my spare bedroom by the nightstand so gas can plug in all their electronics. Pretty simple does what it needs to do.

This is a fairly inexpensive and basic surge protector. Everything looks god so far, but then again I haven't had any surges and hopefully won't, so its hard to know how well the surge portion of the outlet performs. The main detractor is the position of the plug ins. You can only use 6 slots if you have traditional power cord. I wish one or two were rotated 90 degrees so that you could plug in chargers that have a bulkier plug; or perhaps have one outlet spaced farther from the rest to allow for that possibility. Still, I can't complain too much because it is inexpensive and powers everything I need it to for now.

Does what you need it to do. Its a power strip not an extension cord. Great for plugging in a few devices behind an entertainment center. I have no complaints but some people may want a longer cord. The cord is long enough at 4 feet and it has a main power switch. The cord is very thick so the insulation is there but it doesn't leave positioning the power strip very flexible.

Great. Works like it should, and we now have the added assurance of surge protection for our tv, set-top box, DVD player and audio gear.
