The freezer itself works fine. It's what I expected. However, one of the feet for adjustment was not in the box. This means the freezer does not sit level as it is. I had to find something to put under the leg to make it work. Best Buy told me they could do nothing because it was such a small part and they didn't keep parts in stock for this. They told me if I drove to a store (there's not one in my town) and talked to a manager, perhaps there would be something they could do. Or, I could pack up the entire freezer, rebox it, and bring it back for exchange.

I was assured by the delivery personnel best buy would mail a replacement. It was documented on the receipt. I have not heard from best buy.
