So far so good, we have another insignia chest freezer that we bought few years back and is still going strong and we needed a second one and for the space this standing freezer was perfect! Reading and learning from other reviews make sure you don't over work it and set it to freeze to the proper and recommended settings (gauge set to the middle, not the max)

We needed an extra freezer for our small kitchen space and this fit the bill perfectly. It's not overwhelming, its quiet and it still has plenty of room inside for all our frozen favorites. I like that it's upright so you don't have to go digging like in a regular chest type frezzer.

I want to buy a freezer in our garage and Im doing a research of what a good brand ,size with affordable price. I found this on sale and so happy that I decided on this one its a perfect size for our small garage . Compare to chest freezer were your end up digging on what your looking , this you just open and you easily find what you looking for. Well recommended easy to install and fit in a small space.

The design is simple and generous, the price is cheap and easy to install. It is convenient to use from top to bottom. The door handle design can be right or left to make it easier to place at home. It runs well without noise and saves electricity. Value

Not an energy saver appliance but this upright freezer is great. It's better than a chest because with shelves it's much more organized. I was looking for a chest but because of this whole Covid19 situation, it was hard finding a freezer at all but I'm glad this was the only one I could find. The door can be adjusted to open to the right or left but comes swinging to the right. The picture I shared will give you an idea of the space most of those boxes and bags are pretty big bulk boxes from Sam's Club.

This is a nice size freezer. We wanted an upright unit so that we could keep larger items in the chest freezer. It's great not to have to lean into the freezer and dig around to find stuff. The freezer is pretty quiet. We put it in one of our inside storage rooms, and it doesn't take up much space. Freezes food very well. Delivery was on time and smooth. The person who moved the unit into our garage wore a mask and gloves, which we appreciated. We've had the unit a few weeks, and so far are very pleased with our purchase. I definitely recommend buying this freezer.

Perfect size for my apartment. Very spacious for a smaller freezer. Upright freezer makes it easy to store and retrieve what I need. No digging to the bottom of a freezer

I love my new freezer! It's the perfect size for a small family. I haven't noticed any frost build up yet. I keep it in my garage. I waited almost a year for the freezer to become available due to the Covid rush to buy freezers, but it was well-worth the wait. Delivery was quick and efficient. All I had to do was plug it in. Temp got down to 0 degrees (F) in about 2 hours. Top shelf (above the dial) easily holds a large family-sized box of lasagna. I haven't used the bottom shelf yet. With the sudden increase in food prices, I can now take advantage of the bargains that come along.

7.0 cubic foot is perfect, price was great. Ive only owned for a couple months, but it working great

I absolutely LOVE my freezer! It is small and compact and fits in my kitchen near the refrigerator. Inside it holds soooo much! I now can buy a months worth of groceries and score big on those Kroger frozen meal deals for my lunches; which saves me so much money and time instead of running through a fast food line. :)

I have the Insignia 5 cu ft chest freezer which did the job well for 2 yrs. Just got to be too inconvenient digging thru a packed chest freezer. So as soon as I saw this I said if it fits in the car I’m getting it! So happy with so far as it’s just makes more sense with the upright vs the chest freezer. I only wish this brand or any other brand currently offered an upright freezer size that was larger than this but not quite as big as the next available size.

This little freezer works perfectly for what we need. However, When we got it home we discovered a dent on the left rear side. The box it came in had no damage. Our chat with the call center was useless. We felt we should have received a small compensation as it looks like this was an unboxed unit that was placed into a box We'll keep it rather then return it, but it leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

I’ve enjoyed my purchase so far. This is a small, but spacious on the inside appliance. It’s great to store your extra food. I’ve had no issues with it and don’t anticipate having any. It’s very quiet running and doesn’t take up a whole lot of space in the kitchen.

We had been looking for some time for a small upright freezer. This came along with a great price. fits perfectly in the garage where we wanted it to. Keeps items well frozen, but the ice cream is still scoopable with relative ease. Hits the spot we needed.

So far so great! Keeps everything frozen solid. Nice and roomy and so quiet I keep checking to make sure its working! I sure hope it lasts for years and years as I love.it so far.

I love this freezer. I was concerned about new because family members have sensitivities to offgassing of new items but this barely had a smell. Once placed and leveled the door was left open to offgassing for 24 hours and have not had any problems. I am loving this more than the larger one I use to have. Things do not get lost at the bottom and accumulate frost or go bad (yes things can go bad in a deep freezer). Also, whereas a conventional deep freezer would not have fit, this upright was able to fit in my wash room along side my washer and dryer. So happy with my purchase!

I bought this on Black Friday 2019 and picked it up the following night. That being said we haven’t had it very long only about 3 weeks. So far so good no issues and works the way it should. Love that it’s a vertical freezer and we can see everything rather than digging to find what we are looking for. Wish it had a light inside.

Picked up at store. There was a little damage on crate. A scrape. Nothing alarming. Unpacked in garage. Perfect, showroom condition. Although I didn't lay it down I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in. I put in 6 gallon jugs of water from saved milk jugs. By next day they were frozen solid with temperature dial set halfway in the middle. I put wireless temp guage in and freezer reading- 5°. I might turn it down a little. I agree with previous poster saying do not turn it up to max. Just wear out compresser. Only expext temperature change in 4 or 5 hours. I don’t adjust in anytime period of 24 hrs. A little past the middle of dial perfect.
