Bought this cable not knowing the difference between cat 6 and cat 5 but was told it offers faster speed to your device so future proof I guess you can say overall great cable, with a great outer skin and hard to bend, meaning it has nice thick cables inside it and had no speed lost when connected to my 4k tv it actually gave me faster speeds then my basic cat 5 cable. 10/10

Works just how I needed it to. I’m able to hardwire my equipment to my router for great speeds thanks to this.

This cable works well, and I no longer have any issues with SKYPE. I was using an older router with my wifi and on calls with a friend is southern Cal, the video and audio were sometimes delayed and out of sync. With this cable hooked up to a laptop I can talk for over an hour with absolutely no issues.

I'm not into networking or anything, I simply purchased this to be able to have landline in my music production computer instead of using WiFi, so I can't vouch for precise speeds or anything. All I can say is it works and is more reliable than using my WiFi connection, especially for downloading massive production files. My only gripe is the cable is wound in such a small circle on the packaging (though this is usually the case for most manufacturers). Therefore, having it mounted to my wall, tracing around a doorway and running along near floorboards, the cable wanted to coil back at times and pulled the mounting adhesive off the wall. So, you might want to lay the cable out and put something flat and heavy on different ends for a couple of days to be able to sculpt its layout to your needs.

My daughter lives 3 hours away. Due to the pandemic she was able to work remotely, so she and her family came to stay with my husband and me so that we could support one another. When we went to set her up an office in our home (she works for a university call center as an academic advisor), we realized that our home did not have ethernet running throughout. (Who knew? I use wireless )We need a fairly long ethernet cord to get her set up. Most stores had them online but not in the local store. Best Buy had a variety of lengths at affordable prices and we were able to have her up and running in no time. Thank you Best Buy for the sidewalk pick up option during this uncertain time!

I’m living in an apartment on my college campus and we had rearranged the entire room, which meant my computer was far away from the ethernet port. Thankfully the cord was a lot longer than I needed but works great!

the object works great. it is longer than I need, 25 feet. I should have measured the distance between the box and my chair. ten feet would have worked. i do not know if ten feet was available. I had a hard time getting a clerk to help me, i guess I didnt look like a likely sale. So I waited in the free wifi lounge. such a deal. soft chairs.
