The lid has a delayed reaction amd the lid opening is not sensitive so you have to run your hands, fingers or just wave back and forth before it opens, can be a tad annoying specially when you in a hurry and need the dang thing to open lol.

They look good, work well (with 2 D batteries) and are just the right size to do their job without being intrusive. I like them and would recommend them to anyone needing a new can.

Motion sensor did not work all the time, especially with limited light. Ended up returning as the hands free function was why I purchased it.

It's perfect for the office as well as when your hands are full while cooking. Simply waive your hand and presto! The lid opens and automtically closes. 8 gallon trash bags fit perfectly!

The lid works as advertised and the size is perfect for me. Only issue is that my cats like to sit on it sometimes. LoL

This one is a very awkward shape and makes it a little harder to put bags around it’s rectangular shape. It doesn’t work as fast as my larger can that is plugged in since this is a battery operated only can, it’s not as quick on the response as one getting more power to it. Still great for my recycling!
