This is a perfectly fine microwave. Nothing exceptional - it does what a microwave is supposed to do and it comes in a nice compact footprint. It also looks decent. But we returned it because it has a large plug. Why Insignia didn't use a right angel plug is just bad design. Not only is the large plug an eye sore it is slightly inconvenient when you use the other part of the outlet a lot for other things - you have to go around the microwave plug. Very disappointing design flaw - it would have taken nothing to use a 90 degree plug. Otherwise it was fine, and we would have kept it.

Bought this microwave about a month ago and I've used it daily since. It works great! Perfect size not bulky.

I don’t have much counter space in my kitchen., so this little guy fits just right. It’s quite powerful and the many settings work out perfectly for me. My large dinner plates fit inside & turn quite easily on the turntable. The inside light is bright and does a great job lighting up the interior. I bought it on sale which made it even better.

This microwave not only looks good with the black and steel that matched my kitchen perfectly but it also works great. It’s a space saver so I was concerned that it wouldn’t be as big but it’s the same size as my last microwave but fits better and looks great on the counter. I would recommend this.

Purchased this microwave to replace ours in which a freak accident occurred that shattered the glass of our old one. This microwave, though smaller, is very efficient, easy to use, and perfect for the space we have it in. Very pleased with this microwave and was on sale as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a basic, speak, no frills microwave that works well.

Perfect size. Compact but efficient. Warms up food evenly.

This little microwave is a work horse. I needed something more compact but still powerful. The biggest bowl I ever put in a microwave fits. A size bag of popcorn gets hung up and stops spinning with the turntable as it cooks, but it has not seemed to affect the cooking of the kernels. I am very happy with this unit--especially for the price.

It heats things up good. It is fast and does its job.

I needed a smaller microwave to fit in the nook of my cabinets and this was a perfect size. Even though it’s smaller than other microwaves it’s very efficient -heats up food great. The pictures do not do this product justice. It looks sleeker and better in person.
