We love Insignia products. This microwave is small enough for a small countertop, and big enough for all our dishes. Works great, easy to keep clean, reliable, and I like the simple, new handle latch.

We thought the Crusinart would last 3 or more years but it lasted for 1.5 years, we decided to get a generic brand. We wanted something similar to our previous microwave - small with a handle so we got this Insignia 9 Cu Ft microwave. It's been a month and continues to work fine.

I love the size because it fits everything I need it to fit and it warms up very quickly and is also very clean. I don’t know if I love or don’t love the safety feature on the door handle. Because I forget a lot and I pull on it and the whole microwave moves lol. If I had small children around, it would be great, but I don’t. However, overall I am so happy with this unit’s small footprint on my extremely limited countertop, replaced a same sized microwave of lesser power and the handy quick buttons actually work!

Just about everything you’d expect from a microwave: small, compact, and it gets the job done. Heats my meals reliably, doesn’t take up a ton of space, and looks pretty good on my counter. Exactly what I needed.

This microwave has been a great addition to my kitchen, and its size makes it perfect to fit in my kitchen "under the cabinet" space. It’s compact, easy to use, and heats food quickly without any fuss. The controls are straightforward, and setup was a breeze. It’s perfect for everyday meals and reheating leftovers. The only minor issue I’ve had is with the opening button—it’s placed on top of the handle, which feels a bit awkward at times. But it’s not a dealbreaker, and I’ve gotten used to it. Overall, it’s a solid product that does exactly what it’s supposed to.

It does everything you expect out of a microwave. It looks nice it feels high end with all the presets it has on the microwave for buttons. It has a light on the inside and can fit a full sized plate worth of food.

We love this little microwave. It’s the perfect size for our kitchen and for what we need it for. The brushed chrome matches the same features in our kitchen.

i am not sure how a microwave can be bad. I bought one for 25 $ and it lasted about 8 years..It still works but it is too small. In any event ...this one, does what it is supposed to do. However, one awesome part is how it opens. The door is not like others where you just pull like a lunatic until it opens....

Microwave works fine. Took a while to adjust because it is very different from my previous one. It's smaller because a bigger one was too pricy. I don't really like how I have to open the door. There's a small place under handle to press before you can open door. It is a safety device so small children can open and close but knowing kids they'll figure it out.
