    I purchased 2 of these for myself. This black one is for my son. We find this cord's diameter to be its greatest asset. Its length is its second greatest asset. If you are looking for a cord that is both longer & sturdier than the 3ft cord that comes standard with I-devices, this is your best bet.

    Anyone who has an iPhone in general should get a 10' USB charger cord for it. The little cord you get with the iPhone purchase is only good enough to plug in and let your phone charge on the floor. I had a 10' cable for my iPhone 4 and will never be without one for all of my future Apple purchases.
