Uneducated customer service...

The guy that helped me did not know what he was talking about. He recommended getting the 15' cable to hookup my head unit to my amp for my car stereo system. How do you get perfect quality sound when you only connect a wire to one channel instead of both inputs?

An associate on the floor at the store assured me that this splitter would work for me. It didn't. But I will do some 'homework' and find the correct splitter that will do the job.
