I had to get a tool to tighten something that seemed like it should have been stable already. Now that is=t is installed it seems to be working ok.

If your monitor is tilting down just keep tightening the top screw immediately behind the mount

Also, clamping mechanism required tightening again after a week due to arm sagging a bit (with a lightweight 22” monitor).
