As imagined, this cleared up lots of space on my desk. It's easy to install and offers lots of flexibility for placement. I was going to mount monitor on the wall, but this is a much easier and better option.

Way too bulky for shallow desks as I forces the monitor closer to you but if you have a desk width wider then 33 inch it should be ok

Very strong and sturdy stand. It holds the monitor firmly in place without any wobble, even with daily adjustments. Feels solid and reliable, and easily supports the weight as advertised.

Insignia desktop monitor mount works better than the LG monitor stand that came with new LG monitor with more range of positions. Monitor mount was easy to install and attach to computer desk.
