    The lantern arrived with the strap portion broken and also light does not work once you put the batteries in. Kind of looked as it was a used item.

    Still have not been able to use it, I have to take to local store, battery compartment contacts are loose to hopefully exchange. Why would I pay to return item that was received defective.

    I bought this item with no expectations but I'm glad I purchased it. The coolest feature is that you can adjust the light setting to dim or bright with a simple twist.

    Insignia™ - Dimmable Lantern... I have bought 3 of these total. only one has worked. they are very usefull and great for camping but the failure rate is high.

    Perfectly fine product but it was used and taped up with wrapping tape. The batteries weren’t even wrapped. The light itself was dirty. Not worth sending back but how you gonna send me a used product? Disappointed and leery of buying any more from Best Buy.

    the Box came already opened, I got it out.. instantly I smelled smoke out of it... returned it back to the store... No thanks
