I honestly don't know if these are gimmicks to suck more money out of those willing to keep giving them a try. My kids and I have cracked 3 altogether so far... we seems to go through these a lot faster than the soft screen protectors. The edges are very fragile; my latest (probably my last) protector chipped along the edge because it was against a glass entertainment top while I was trying to remove a sticker from the other side. I heard some grating sounds and immediately flipped it over to discover the beginning of what will eventually become a long crack tracing across the protector screen.

I bought it for the Amazon 8 kids .. just to find out it was too long and doesn’t fit

A glass screen protector should be viewed as an essential purchase as it will prolong the life of the device and preserve its functionality as accidents do happen and cracked screens are no fun. This product is as good as any.

Purchased for a kids amazon fire tablet. Easy to install and keeps tablet screen from damage.

I am giving this 3 stars because I am assuming that had the screen protector fit my tablet, it would be comparable to many other brands on the market. Be careful to verify which type of Amazon Fire 8" tablet you are aiming to protect before purchasing this screen protector. IT DOES NOT FIT THE AMAZON FIRE 8" HD (10th Generation, 2020 version)!!! The hole designed to fit over the tablet's camera accommodates the 2017/2018 version, as the 2020 version is on a different edge of the tablet (long side, not short side).

This product was listed as frequently bought with the tablet I purchased, in addition to a case, as a gift. It does not in fact fit the Amazon Fire HD 8 10th edition tablet, and now I'm stuck with it because it's no longer returnable. I hope Best Buy is able to correct to issue as advertising this product as compatible with something it's not.

Easy to apply and quite necessary to help protect the glass screen from a 6 yr old. She loves it and happy that it is not getting all scratched up.

The glass protector was easy to install if you follow the clear steps. This will help the main screen from breaking . It is worth the money to add to the tablet.

Good fit and easy to install although I did have trouble removing lint from the screen. The adhesive from the lint removal tape stuck too well and would not come off leaving fragments stuck to the screen. In all fairness, it is probably due to the screen of the Fire HD itself. Phones I have worked on with gorilla glass do not have this problem.

Bought for a Fire 8 kids tablet. Very clear and helps protect the screen from scratches and any other damage. Easy to install.

Didn't get to try the product. Because my tablet was a different generation the glass did not fit. It was a struggle to find the right glass however Best Buy was diligent in helping me to find the right one

Gave only 3 stars because they didn’t fit 8 inch kids pro ( even though they were listed as an add on for the kidspro tablet) so they had to be returned. had to be returned
