Which is ridiculous because my child never had her Switch in her case, always in her hand, so the zipper was probably zipped a total of 3-4 times. And of course, Best Buy's generous return policy states that it is no longer returnable, so not going to be purchasing anything from Best Buy again when I can buy it from Amazon and have far better customer service.

Worked and looked great when I got it but after using the zipper only a few times the rubber zipper pull broke in half. It still functions but is harder to hold the pull and it feels terrible since the end is jagged rubber. And of course it happed after the return period..
