This item was much cheaper than the difference in price between the Western digital SSD with & without included heatsink. It is easy to install and does it's job flawlessly.

This heat sink does the trick for my samsung 980. Its really easy to install and comes with instructions to attach to m.2 ssd. I highly recommend it. It fits perfectly inside my PS5.

Price was good but does not really install properly with double sided (chips on both sides) wd black sn850x 4tb. Would work fine with any single sided wd sn850. With thermal needed on both side of double sided drive cannot use all 4 fasteners with out modify heatsink or not using all hardware. Also instructions could be slightly better with orientation because if install using images does not allow to fit in ps5, had to play around with how much sticks out of heatsink to properly connect in ps5

Bought this for my little brother’s PS5. As long as you follow the directions, it works well to keep your ssd cool. Highly recommend for ssd that do not come with a heat sink. Fits perfectly in PS5, as well.

This heatsink is great, it's easy to put together and and has given me no problems paired with my ssd for my PS5. It's great value for the price and feels secure once it's assembled. Comes with a small screwdriver for the nails so no need to worry about buying one to assemble it. Easy simple instructions as well. Worth adding if you're trying to be safe with your PS5 SSD.

Good value, easy installation. If you want max passive cooling, a good choice is HR-09 2280 PRO.

Decent heat sink. Easy to install into PS5. I now have more storage.

Fits nicely next to the GPU. No clearance issues. Provides good cooling. No need for any extra fans since in my case, it's mounted right next to the CPU cooler.

Idk why ssds don't come with heat sinks. Remove the ssd label and installed without issue. Now my PC runs without bogging down. If your expensive PC is running slow after an hour of use, get one of these and try it out to see if it resolves the issue. Highly recommend.

Worked great and employees were helpful, getting the PlayStation open was the hardest part of the process, the SSD portion was easy.

Definitely recommended for those who want to buy an internal storage without heatsink for ps5. Gotten a seagate internal with this a couple months back and there’s been 0 complaints, it’s easy to put together and it’s doing its job wonderfully. 5 stars

The heat sink was easy to put on the SSD card and has helped it from over heating. Its definitely a useful piece of equipment and id recommend anyone to use it if using SSD cards, especially in a PS5.

This is the best overall experience that I have had with SSD coolers. This one in particular is very good because it comes with the heatsink and the thermal paste strip to apply with it. It is very easy to install and put on the SSD. 5 STARS

This heatsink came free with my NVMe purchase. The instructions were easy to follow. I had my NVMe drive in this Heatsink in a matter of minutes. I've dealt with a couple different style NVMe Heatsinks previously. I now prefer this dual sided style. The spring or clip style heatsinks feel like I might exert too much force on a single component and may accidentally short it out. Some other heatsinks use silicone bands to hold it together, but I feel like they may snap someday and it isn't easy to get the silicone bands into the right spot. Both of these styles only conduct heat from one side. This Insignia Heatsink comes in two pieces. A U-channel piece and a cover. It also comes with two thermal pads, one on top of your NVMe and one on the bottom. Everything is held together with 4 screws. I had no issues tightening it down with the included screwdriver. Any time I need an NVMe heatsink, I'll be looking for this Insignia one first.

Perfect fit for the PS5. Comes with everything you need and has sturdy construction. I used a WD SN850 inside and it runs without slowdown in my PS5. Highly recommended for an affordable option if your SSD didn't come heatsink equipped.

Easy to install. Seems to work great. Didn’t have the m.2 screw for my motherboard but this came with one

Keeps the M.2 in My Niece's and My PS5's cool an running perfect. No issues at all, installation was really easy with a few screws an some thermal pads. Make sure to remove the clear protective peel on the thermal pads before installing.

I got this heatsink included with my purchase of a Crucial SSD and I couldn't be more satisfied. Fits perfectly in a PS5 or on your PC motherboard. Installation is simple, just screwing on the encloser after fitting in the SSD with the thermal pads. Would definitely recommend.
