Imagine my surprise when I was at the London airport waiting for my luggage and it said one case was 3953 miles in Chicago! Luckily the luggage wasn't left behind, but the AirTag was. $25 down the drain. The tags work best if they stay with your luggage.

Totally dissatisfied with best buy's service.
